Scam artists and very rude and was very rude to my son behind my back accusing my 6 year old assuming he was stealing and even after my son and my friend who came in store with me toldThe guy yes his mom is buying it ask my son forIt took it and acting as if my son would steal it I was still at back of store grabbing things lucky I didn’tKnow till after paying I’d have walked out of store

I would give this store less then a 1 star if I could. We have traveled from Newfoundland to Ontario on many occasions. Each time myself and my partner try to buy lotto, cigarettes or anything of legal age with our NL government ID'S we get refused. They tell us we must need a passport or another form of ID. Unreal. This issue has happened to us many occasions. For two adults of 34 years of age is unacceptable. These owners need a reality check.

Terrible business! They scream and kick kids outta the store when they challenge them on the cost on the shelf compared to the cash register. They rip people off and get away w it by not giving receipts but then play stupid or defensive when called out on it.

This store has ripped me off by not giving me back the proper change, and I didn't realize it until I was back in my car. It was not a lot of money, and I was in a hurry, so I left it. I don't even live in the city, but I come to visit relatives a few times a year; my experiences have not been good. I will also be putting in a fraud claim, as I used my debit card, and they were the only business that I used it with, and a few days later my account was compromised.

Apparently you can't buy anything here that's 18+ unless you have an Ontario issued ID. If you are traveling or visiting don't waste your time and shop elsewhere. Maybe just shop elsewhere even if your from here, rude employee's. I've had this issue twice in the past 7 year visiting family, nothings changed I see.

They are scam artists.I am (well was) a very good customer of theirs even after I had been ripped off many times. Well tonight I searched though my bank account and noticed that they have been taking between 20-60 dollars out of my bank account DAILY ! Needless to say they are now being investigated for fraud !Their supplies are old and out of date.They treat kids and adults like thieves but do nothing but steal from everybody themselves.Do not go here !When they rip you off they than pretend not to be able to speak english and act stupid.

Was just there and the old man behind the counter accused me of stealing the item I walked into the store with and then tried to take the one thing I bought before I came in. It was actually the most ridiculously unprofessional thing in the world. Now I have 3 different things that I don't need cause he shouldn't be working a counter in his age obviously....
