This is an awesome store with a variety of cool and cute animals ranging from aquatic creatures, to birds, to reptiles, to rodents. The store parrot Deaner is adorable, the staff are friendly and helpful, as is the owner Kai who you can tell genuinely cares about people and animals very much. Thank you so much Kai for helping me with Gilbert. I am so grateful to you and had such a positive experience with you and your wonderful store!

Spoke with Samuel regarding my aquarium today, a new addition to my tank (from total pet) appears to have possibly introduced a harmful bacteria resulting in a fish dying, not only was he knowledgeable and friendly, he genuinely seems to be passionate about the hobby, unlike the other stores I've visited in Kelowna. I left with a comprehensive treatment plan that I have a lot of confidence will be successful.The store has a good selection of fish, tanks are in reasonably good condition and they have a 7 day guarantee on the fish, which is unheard of to me. This is the only place I will shop at in Kelowna for aquarium stuff from now on.

Carrie and Sarah are the friendliest and hardest working gals we’ve ever met!! They go above and beyond to make sure all the fish are healthy while providing excellent customer service each time we come in. We appreciate the quality and care that this business offers and refuse to buy fish anywhere else.

I have visited the store multiple times and I am always impressed with the service I get. This is very nice cozy store I love it!! I was there this week and Sarah recommended the water fountain for my dog and my dog chiquitita loves it. Thank you Sarah!!

The staff are really nice, they are one of the few places that sell feeder mice and for a good price. My dad gets dog food there and its great, we also got a dog tag and its amazing

Kelowna wouldn’t be Kelowna without the Purple Seahorse. Such a family friendly place and they are always eager to help, answer questions and have what I need for my pets. The store Boxers and Parrot are super cute and friendly too. Love this store 10/10.
