This guy's is actually one of the rudest people I have ever seen.Didn't want to answer any questions regarding placement of the text we wanted engraved, didn't want to TAKE my request when I ASKED HIM TO COMPLETE MY ENGRAVING.THEN GAVE me back the item.All while talking to me while working on another piece.Please avoid this place.NOT WORTH THE GRIEF.
