Poor service. I placed an order for 3 small pieces of glass. After nearly 2 weeks of waiting with no calls or explanations I obtained a refund. Waste of my time and 3 trips from Midland to Barrie. The reason for 2 stars instead of one is because the lady I dealt with at the front desk was polite and apologetic.

Best price for glass in Barrie. Worst craftsmanship. Took 3 warranty visits to have windows installed somewhat straight and I still wasn't happy with the work.
