Rock root Yoga
I have been attending Rock root Yoga virtually since the beginning of the pandemic. Kristen provides a variety of targeted yoga classes. She will ask for special requests or areas of issue before class which is helpful. Her communication during class is helpful as she explains how the exercise relates to the muscles/nerves. Her website is kept up to date and she offers options for classes.
