Great Place for Big and Tall Clothing, Britches is a very good brand and worth the money.I've dealt with the manager Steve multiple times, very nice man and his staff are excellent as well.They have great sales and clearance items, if you keep an eye out when seasons are changing over.

It’s more like 7 Stars all day long! Great service and when I mean great it’s top of the line. Comparable with huge international brand stores that I have come across traveling around the world.It’s good to know that a small store in a relatively small city is offering such a high level of customer service. It feels good to be in the store,customer support is great,everyone is doing their best to make sure customer is happy. Nobody is pushing you in to buying something,nobody breading in your ears when browsing around but as soon as you need something or want to ask anything they are there to help you. Other stores should take example from them.It’s not my first time in these store I already been a handful of times since I found out about it and the experience was the same each time.Excellent job!

I have always had great service here. Always greated with a friendly hello and smile. As well as personal service. My biggest Knock is the styles! Big people want to dress just like others in stuff thats in style or trending. However Mr Big and Tall as well as George Richard's are no better for the styles they carry than Walmart. Bring in some better styles and lines please!

All of my in-store experiences have been pleasant but the online experience is unpleasant. The system had difficulty that my billing address was different from my shipping address. I contacted so called Customer Service and after being on hold, the message told me to leave my contacts and expect a call back which could take up to 48 hours. I found this frustrating. Most companies thar I deal will not make you wait that long especially to purchase foot wear. Not impressed

Where do I start!? Customer service...5 stars hands down!! Pricing...5 stars all day!! Cant get over how I haven't been to this place before today. Very knowledgeable staff, I was in and out in 20 min. Had my gear paid for and was gone in no time! Highly highly rerecommended especially for us big guys!

Hands down the best service I've received at any store in Saskatoon!! The salesman, Ben, gave my resident a $45 belt for free because he decided out of sincere generosity to pay it forward and send my resident home happy. By far the most generous thing I've ever been a part of. This guy deserves a huge raise!!

Have to leave a review about this. Was in there on Christmas Eve to buy some clothes and my wife and I were followed closely by an older lady working there (not sure why an older lady works at a men’s big and tall store?). She began to creep us out as she kept showing us her Calgary flames tattoo and would walk right up to the changing room door and tell me how I looked. She kept giving me an unsettling look and kept saying I had a pretty smile and a nice body typeNo matter how often we tried to get space, she would jump in and kept making us feel uncomfortable. The guy at the counter was awesome but because of that woman, I won’t be coming back anymore. I instead ended up buying only one shirt as I desperately needed one for a supper I had to be at, but couldn’t enjoy the store and find more clothes

Have ordered on line 3 times now and should have learnt my lesson first time. Every time there has been a problem they have taken extra monies from my account unauthorized this time they took 3 payments of 130 which should have been just 1 leaving me short of funds, they say 4-10 days for money to be returned, blaming bank ,this the bank deny. Do not use them as they just steal your money and hold onto it for 10 days

I appreciate this store. As someone who is big and tall this store has a lot of options for different tastes and styles. More recently, some products have been a little expensive, but they have regular sales, a member discount, and really great clearance sales. The staff at this location have also always been really helpful and friendly.
