Dr Kirsten Smith Naturopathic Doctor

I am so grateful to Dr Kirsten Smith. She has been such a huge support and is always incredibly reassuring- in the good times and the bad. Although I have a good MD- I truly consider Kirsten Smith our family Dr. We have all been so grateful for her care and approach. She has been there through some very difficult times and see us all through. I highly recommend her.

I have been a patient of Kirsten's for many years and have also referred others to her with great confidence. She is very knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and truly listens; always wanting to really resolve any health issues. She is always upgrading her knowledge so that she can offer the best solutions but also understands that sometimes costs are a factor in what can/cannot be done right away. I am grateful that Kirsten is part of my like and wellness journey.

I've spoken with Kristen on a couple of occasions, she knows her stuff. Unfortunately, her customer service and professionalism is terrible. She is very talkative and can go on about unrelated topics. She did not review my bloodwork before our session and spent half the time reading, hmm-ing and haw-ing before we got down to the treatment plan. I had a few follow-up questions after the session and most naturopaths will cover them via e-mail. She asked to save them for the next appointment, months later. Would not recommend working with her, there are people who are more appreciative of your time.

Dr Kirsten Smith is a great naturopath.  She is genuinely caring, clear with her candour, and respectful, by which I mean, understands that your needs/emotions/mental state are an important part of the treatment process.  If you feel you need different medical attention, she'll be supportive.  That said, at a time when nothing else would ease my back pain, she knew precisely what I needed to finally feel relief and return to full health.  I trust her, and know she'll do her utmost, well above and beyond the norm, to help her patients.

One hour consultation and all she did was talk about other stuff and not my health related.. waste of money.. she should only charge for half hour when other half she does is just talking other non related stuff

Kirsten Smith is not only a phenomenal naturopath but a truly fantastic person.. Whenever I've been experiencing any sort of health concern, mental or physical, Kirsten has been there to assess the situation and devise a plan to get me back into shape... There is no one ,I have more faith in, to ensure I am happy and healthy. Thank you Kirsten!

Dr Smith provides exceptionally good care. I have been seeing GP and Gastro in the past for stomach issues but no help. I then found Dr Smith; she helped in identifying the root causes and treating them with natural medication and step by step dietary guidelines. And I am feeling great now; many thanks to Dr Smith. I would highly recommend seeing Dr Smith as she is pro in gut health.-Komal
