3/5 stars.The food was good, however the group I ate with (large party with a reservation), had to wait over 1.5 hours for our food to arrive. This is unacceptable service. If the food was a 4/5 (this is liberal because the Greek salad only had 1 olive, which is insulting), and the service because of the wait was 0/5, a 3/5-star review is more than generous.Furthermore, the restaurant had run out of supplies to make roasted potatoes, and instead had to serve our food, once it eventually arrived, with French fries. It appears the restaurant needs to improve its purchasing.Also, if you are going to dine with a large group, book the “semi private” dining room. My party dined in the main room. Because of the open concept of the main dining area, sound travels easily in this room. With a full main dining area, it will be too loud to converse with someone sitting more than 1 seat away from you comfortably. This was my experience.Considering how there are no televisions in the main dining room, it is clear the restaurant intends patrons to entertain themselves through food and conversation. But with how loud the main dining area can get, Sotiris fails in this regard for parties larger than 4. As such, if you intend to eat out with a large party and want to converse comfortably, either book the “semi private room” at Sotiris or dine elsewhere.*picture shows the Greek Platter for one.tldr: Wait time was too long. Dining area was too loud. Food was good.

Five star service, food ranges from 3 to 4 stars IMHO. Saganaki was great. Lamb was over cooked, grilled calamari didn’t taste like it had any herbs or lemon. Rice and potatoes were fine. Huge portions if that’s important to you.

Reserved a table for 7:45 on a Saturday night. We get seated right away. All seems well. Then after 30 minutes of no one even acknowledging we are there at our table we asked what was going on. The response got back was sorry we don't know whats going on". I go back to my seat and still no one comes to our table after another 10 minutes. We walked out after that. I completely understand they were busy but to not even come and offer a hello or water is completely ridiculous. I can't comment on the food because we were not able to eat. The service was 0 out of 5. Extremely disappointing. Thankfully we found another restaurant that was able to take us in so our night wasnt wasted."

Fantastic Greek food and atmosphere! Amazing portions for the price.Our server was a joy to have. Our whole table ordered dinners that came with Greek salad but we didn't realize for a while, and when brought up with our server, she was very kind and apologetic. The salads were brought out very quickly and we were even spotted a dessert.My only qualm was that the lights over the table were too dim, even for an evening dinner atmosphere. But ultimately not a dealbreaker and had a wonderful time.

I have been coming here for a very long time and if you want a ton of great quality food at a very reasonable price this is the place to go! I took my grandparents and mom out for dinner here and the service and food was great as usual. We were served by Dimitri, Marina, and Renna and they did a fantastic job. We left the restaurant absolutely stuffed. Would totally recommend taking your family out to Sortiris. We love coming here for authentic Greek food in Burlington.

Yeah realy great service. The food is good. Try the flaming cheese that was awesome and you have to try the gyro meat plates. The calamari was also good even the squirle liked it see photo. Had the b52 coffee with baklava for desert yummy. They don't rush you out with everything we ordered we were there 2 1/2 hours.

WOW! The atmosphere, service and food was fantastic. Pedro was our server. Then when so many dance because it's your birthday, it's quite incredible!! This was one of the best experiences of dining out and we will be back. We live just over one hour away. That's how great this was. Keep it up, and highly recommend to bring your friends and family here on Saturday nights. Thank you.

Just came across this amazing restaurant during a visit to Burlington. Every new city I’m in I always try out a local Greek restaurant. This restaurant is top notch for friendly service and delicious food.I have to acknowledge a very attentive friendly young gentleman that took my order and was very helpful.Thank you!My mom and I really enjoyed our dinner.Delicious flavours and nice generous portions. I have to say the Lemon chicken soup is really tasty and made my mom feel better when she’s not feeling so good.I’ll be back soon to enjoy other dishes.

Sotiris Greek Restaurant
My three friends and I were at Sotiris yesterday for lunch to celebrate a milestone birthday and we had the best time. I was met by Vanessa on arrival and she was so pleasant from the get go - including accommodating my request to use our own themed table cloth, napkins, balloons and cake to make it a really fun experience. Vanessa was also our waitress and she was always patient and helpful with our orders. There were no time limits placed on us and we were encouraged to stay as long as we wanted, probably because it wasn’t very busy on a weekday afternoon. But still, it was a nice, refreshing gesture. The drinks, the appetizers and the mains were delicious! All in all, a great experience and a very memorable afternoon and you can bet on it that we will certainly be coming back again soon. Thank you Vanessa and Sotiris - you really made our day!
