Hands down the best place for all your teeth care. The team really takes good care of you.I would like to give a special recognition to Natalie (reception)who made it very easy to process the payments and coordinate with the insurance providers (at times Dealing with insurance can be more painful than removing your teeth). But it was a breeze!! Thank you Natalie for all the assistance.

Did a surgery to remove my wisdom teeth there. They didn't inform me that there was a chance I would never feel my tongue again. After my surgery I couldn't feel my tongue, they gaslight me into thinking it was ok, and told me most likely it would come back in a couple of weeks(it's been 10 months). They also constantly reminded me that one of the things that was on the waiver that I signed, was that I could lose sensation of my tongue, clearly showing that they cared more about not getting sued than about me. They message me after 3 months, only to remind me of an appointment, and after I didn't reply asked how was my tongue.

As a new patient, I had a great experience! I was recommended to reach out to them by a family member, who is also a happy patient of theirs. The office is very clean & aesthetically pleasing. The staff are super friendly & knowledgable. They made me feel at ease, asked about my health history & listened to my concerns intently. They were very patient when they showed me & explained the x-rays when I asked about them. Highly recommend if you're looking for a dentist in the area!

After moving to Whitby I was nervous for a new team to look after me after my previous dental clinic had taken care of me for the past 25+ years. Dina and Dr Seagal did not disappoint and took great care of me.As a health care provider myself I was impressed about the communication between treatment providers and also the front desk staff in regards to my insurance billing.I would recommend this clinic and team to everyone.

The best experience I’ve had with a dentist. I had to get fillings and it always hurts so much to get the numbing needle but Dr Tenn listened to my concerns and made sure it didn’t hurt!! Also I appreciated how Dr Tenn explained things so I actually understood what was going on. 10/10 service

Always accommodating to mine and my children's needs and they are really paitent. Im not a fan of the whole dentist scene but they definitely make me feel more comfortable and respect my boundaries and take their time.

My first and second visit to this office has been fabulous! Dr. Seagal and her entire team, from the time you enter the facility makes you feel very comfortable and at ease. No up-selling dentistry you don’t need. Very honest and sincere. Her hygienist, Dina and assistant Michelle were awesome. Glad I found this Dentist! Very pleased.

Dr. Faina Seagal and her assistant were wonderful. They administered freezing and a filling carefully and we're always mindful of whether I was in pain. I feel they did their best to make it painless and they did a great job achieving that. I really appreciate their technique and care.

Had a great experience as a new patient here. My husband and I recently moved to the area so we are happy to find a dentist conveniently located close to home. The front desk team was super friendly and accommodating to help us schedule our appointments based on our busy schedules. I had a pleasant experience with Dr.saegal and her team. I was very anxious initially about the appointment and any procedures but Dr saegal was very patient with me and her assitant was very kind and always available to help. Dr. Saegal is very professional and kind of mother figure to me as she takes the time to explain what needs to be done and also advises what will be the best for me. Its not easy to find a good dentist these days. I highly recommend Dr. Saegal and her staff. The office staff at the reception was kind and considerate. They made me feel comfortable and I believe the treatment plan is actionable and has my best interest in mind. Absolutely no complaints. Thank you Dr. Saegal for giving me a beautiful smile.
