I wish I recalled the name of the guy that helped me. I came in a rush with 15 min to buy a new shirt for a wedding and he was absolutely the best. Knowing the time limit, he quickly put together options that fitted my request and always took my comments seriously and made me feel like he was using that feedback to select the next option. Would totally buy there again.

I'm attending a wedding this weekend, walked in today to find something to wear that would look good. They were short staffed and there was a group of groomsmen picking out tuxes so they were definitely busy, but Mark was very attentive, very knowledgeable, and got me looking my best while staying within my budget. Thanks again Mark, that was terrific customer service!

Disrespectful staff. Had a problem with the fitting of one of trousers I purchased, alteration was denied I and was offered exchange or return. Went in for an exchange but the staff kept me waiting (I was one of the only two customers in store; and the other customer had already placed his order) for no reason. Kyle kept insisting that we could do a return and the little effort in providing options for exchange came with much reluctance. While processing the return, went on a long rant about his experience with my employer and stated that this was my 'second and last chance to fix things', even though my role at the organization has nothing to do with his experience. Another staff member asked me about my concern and while I was tying to logically explain, cut me short with a rude comment - 'Yeah customer is always right', when I made a sincere effort to explain, and never spoke in an entitled or righteous manner. Staff gossips about each other at every possible opportunity and there was just way too much negativity in the environment. It is shameful how these people are ruining a brand. Never visiting this store again! EVER! Nor will my friends and family.

Stopped in to see if they could help us with a couple measurements for a wedding we are going to in BC. Very helpful and really helped us out. Friendly staff.

Good quality shirts with an ongoing sale (3 for $140 or so with tax). The only issue is the sizing and selection. Nice helpful young guys who went all out to help.

We went there to order a suit for my nephew the guy who get body measurements and help us is very friendly and helpful

I had a great experience last week. I was fitted with a suite in a few minutes, and had it ready by the end of the day. Can't say the price is too bad, and they have a lot of selection. As my neck is larger than normal I may need to get custom shirts, and they recommended I talk to a few of their contacts. Great guys, super quick, and I liked their selection. Thanks Kyle!

I went in with my wedding party and we had no idea what we wanted to get. Sam L deserves a raise and a bonus. She was extremely helpful to pick out colors, fit us, and suggest what was best for us as a group. 4 of us got custom suits and she helped us pick out style choices that matched the wedding theme. For the rest of the guys she step a group to make it easy for them to book appointments. I’m so exited for the suits to come in and see what they look like.
