Buying a home can be extremely stressful and finding a great realtor can be just as hard! Zach listens to any concerns and really listens to what you are looking for. With my budget and animals finding a place was tricky.I had realtors in the past that were not very attentive and felt like I was pushed aside as I didn't have a very big budget and that is never a good feeling. I also had to constantly follow up to get answers and I felt like I always got a roundabout answer.Zach is very attentive and made it so I did not need to constantly follow up to get information! Very knowledgeable as well! He makes sure that if he does not know the answer he will find it for you.After I did make an offer on a place, there was a very short time for subjects to be removed and Zach even helped with setting up the inspection for me! I worked the whole week and would have really struggled to find the time.Thanks to Zach I am a soon to be first time home buyer!

Zach was super helpful. Being a first time home buyer I was very nervous and Zack took the time to answer all my questions and help me with looking for potential issues or upsides with properties. I was working out of town and he would go look at properties for me and send me videos. I got a really nice place at a good price and had a very good experience!
