It's a very fun experience! Great system that allows you to order as you go and food is quick. However, it does add up quickly as the amount of food isn't very big.So while it's not the best bang for your buck, it's fun and the kids loved it.Not recommended for big groups as the booths aren't build for it. Reservations recommended.

Took a 13y.o there for her birthday as that's what she wanted. Had fun with the train. Sushi/rolls/sashimi was ok. Liked the variety and everything was fresh. We just had a lot of sushi in our lives.Prices are as expected, we found them on par with other sushi places, wouldn't say it's overpriced.Liked the variety of menue items beyond sushi.

Really fun experience! There's something really special about having your food delivered on a train. The staff were super helpful and very friendly! The food and sushi are decent but the experience itself is 90% of the fun. They also got us in fairly quickly without reserving a table beforehand (about 20 mins wait). Fair notice, the free parking garage is TIGHT. If you've got an SUV/truck, you'll have an easier time parking on the street or in a lot.

Point Sushi - Bullet Train Sushi Bar
Great sushi place very near the downtown core of Calgary. Order food at your own pace using the tablet on your table. Kids will love how it's delivered on a speedy little train. The bill can quickly add up but you can easily see the running total and what you've ordered by using the tablet. Never any leftovers or take-out boxes needed, but they're there if you need one. Definitely recommend and great value.

My husband and I just had dinner here, and it was fantastic! I found the restaurant based on the positive reviews, and we weren't disappointed at all. We loved the concept of ordering at the table on a tablet and waiting for the bullet train to deliver our food. We tried a wide variety of treats that we'd never had before, which was also nice. The dinner was such a wonderful experience!

Everything come in quite small portions with the price of normal size portion. It's quite expensive. The taste is pretty average although the shell fish I had had some sand particles that crunched my tooth. The tablet is sometime unresponsive and the valve of the hot water dispenser on the table got stucked and overfilled my cup with boiling water. The train is super interesting and the food come up relatively fast.

Such a cool bullet train idea! You get to order from a tablet and your food is delivered on a tiny train! Sushi is good but not great. But there’s a variety of options that are pretty tasty. Good prices as well but not a big fan of the atmosphere though, not much separations and privacy. This is a must try experience!

I was so excited to try this place as I’ve heard of this concept and had never tried it before - and it did not disappoint! You could order 4 items at a time and they came out as prepared, with a warning bell that the train was coming. I felt the best part of this experience was having the food delivered in this unique way. Definitely a great spot for an introvert. The food quality was alright (not the best sushi I’ve ever had but we are in Alberta). Unfortunately the service wasn’t great, and I felt the host was pretty rude to us and didn’t want to explain how the process worked. Otherwise this was a great experience!

Had a wonderful dinner here when visiting Calgary. The bullet train delivery is such a cute and fun idea, my girls loved it (we all did to be honest) The food was very good and reasonably priced and very easy to order using the iPad at the table. Fantastic experience, highly recommended and would love to visit again next time we're in Calgary! Unique and fun experience and very tasty food!
