She's able to pinpoint spots in my body that needs work, and always does a great job at loosening them up. She even gives me personalized tips on how to keep my body and mind in better shape. Grace is the ultimate massage therapist. No only does she have a thorough understanding of the structure of the body, but she is connected to the universe and is able to connect me to it as well. She has it all covered: body, mind and spirit. She erased my shoulder pain with her hands and inspired me with her words.

Grace is amazing! I’ve been to her twice and I will definitely keep going back. She knows how to help the areas of your body that are in pain, and has a deep understanding of how everything is connected. Grace is very good at working out knots, and she is really committed to providing a deep tissue massage — just as listed. Grace does give a thorough massage so it may occasionally feel intense but you can always ask her to adjust the pressure. I personally like the pressure because it feels like what my body needs. After each visit with Grace, I feel so calm, relaxed, and rejuvenated. These are the only massages I’ve ever had where I was actually left truly satisfied! Grace is amazing! Her services have got me through some very difficult times. Not only does she have a vast knowledge of the body, but her energy is always positive and she gives that energy to her clients every session. I have primarily seen Grace for massage and my tense neck always feels so much better afterwards. Grace has also identified areas to treat outside of the neck which connect back to that area indirectly.
