Some of the worst Customer Service I have every had (seems to be a running theme with all these reviews hmm). Went here as my new job requires me to have Rogers or Fido service because of where I work. The agents I dealt with (Tall guy with glasses and short guy with glasses) were extremely rude and when I told them I was a koodo customer looking to port they rolled their eyes and said Thats a lot of work"Left the store with a very bad taste in my mouth

well i have to say the staff at this Rogers need to learn a lot in helping customers. went there today to get my new phone serviced, the staff was unable to help me what so ever. i went to the other Rogers office, and was looked after, and the phone was ready in about 20mins.

Everytime i go in the employees just say they cant help you. Plans they offer are way more expensive then what you can get with a rogers plan theough best buy.

Worst experience ever had in my life. The so called manager Jake (bald and beard on chin), he is racist and very rude. He is just collecting hours. I asked him that i need new phone and new number. So i asked him few questions regarding deals. He was not answering properly. Thats why i ask him again that i didn’t get it.Then he said “i already told you every thing. I can’t repeat. Thats not my problem.”I was really shocked that what’s wrong i ask him. Then i told him this is not the way to speak with customer. Its your job to answer.Then he raised his voice and said “ i am the manger. Don’t teach me. I know my job. If you have problem get out of my store or if you don’t leave i am gonna call the security.”Please don’t waste your time in this store. You well get better and cheaper deal in Bell network and they are really polite and humble.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Went to the Rogers store in the mall bought a rocket hub, they charged me 274.99 when the online price for no term was 239.99. I showed them the price and the manager started telling me that the 239.99 was a month to month price which that is what no term means and I was on a month to month, then he gives me the excuse that oh it’s for new customers. So I was angry and left the store called the customer service and yes I was right sure enough the price for no term is 239.99 and to top it off they charged me 10$ for a SIM card and customer service credited that also because I should have gotten a new sim with a new device for free. Great service from the customer care agent however service at the Rogers store in the mall is a BIG FAT THUMBS DOWN. I will never go to that store again. NOTE : check the prices online before you go to that store as they will try to rip u off.i also want to add that they were very rude and I called them to let them know that they had the wrong price to avoid others being charged the wrong price and they were rude and didn’t want to hear it.

After being being denied service at the McKeown Rogers location because the employee there didn't want to have to stay late, I made my way to the Northgate Rogers location where Tara the store manager did a fantastic job making sure I was properly taken care of. I had driven from out of town and had taken time off of work because the employee at the McKeown location had told me if I was arrived by a certain time he wouldn't help me. Tara was very efficient and super kind. She stayed late after a long day at work just to help me. She didn't have to do any of this and could of told me to come back the following day. 10/10 would recommend the Northgate location.

Completely useless employees and did nothing to help me, they told me i needed two IDs for them to help me when i only used one to sign up and only own one ID in total. they did not even suggest what further steps i take to fixing my phone. i will be moving to a new service once i have paid this phone off.
