By far best local electrical supplier, very knowledgeable and helpful staff, prices are fair and never an issue with returning unused electrical materials. My go to place for all my electrical needs.

Called ahead to check stock of a specific panel. Was very clear which one I need. They said theres several in stock. Right away drove 45 min to get it, they didnt have it. First experience with O'Neil wont waste my time here again.

One of the better electrical suppliers around. Great location, easy access and plenty of parking. The service is quick and everyone seems very knowledgeable, I personally have not dealt with anyone who did not understand an order.Inventory is good and pricing is competitive. Their showroom is nicely laid out but almost everything is behind the counter, you won't be picking items yourself from the front unless you are grabbing tools or similar items. Some of their more regular guys do get that privilege but there's no need for it as their service is quick.This is a proper electrical supplier, you most likely will not need to make stops at multiple places to get all of the items that you need, O'Neil will most likely have everything. In this neighborhood they are definitely the go to place.I highly recommend this supplier.

Good place, inexpensive pricing. Some staff are helpful. Mostly used by contractors. If you know what you want, this is the place for electrical supplies.

Super slow I was waiting for almost 20 minutes and non of them even bother to say hi and one guy working and serving the customers but the rest just taking there time and I will say they playing around and collecting hours

Good price but today I had a very upsets experience. Sept 21 2017 14:33:23, sales man ANDREWDOMINGO I ordered three boxes of plug, one box of switch and one square driver. He came out with the plugs and switches in a cardboard box, I took out one box of plug, put aside with the square driver and asked for separate transactions. When I looked at the invoice i told him that he put the wrong items in the invoice, instead of doing a double check, he told me that he was paying good attention on me and saw I took out a box of switch not plugs, and he also put the blame on me that I was on my phone. After I paid and went back to the front desk and I show him that I putted aside was a box of plug not switch (because I paid in cash so I had to go to other desk and make my payment). The most funny thing was he never try to apologize, he just stands there and pretend nothing happened.

Part of my order included 2 washroom exhaust fans, Jordan asked me if I wanted 6 inch duct adapters just in case the ones from the factory didn’t fit. I didn’t even think about that part! That is what defines professionalism in my opinion. Jordan saved me a great deal of embarrassment with my customers because he knows his stuff. I will only be purchasing material from O’Neil going forward!
