Recently considered buying a home in Windsor, 1204 Edward Street through Sal Mikho, a listing agent with Remax Diamond, I learned through the city that the property had an expired permit related to driveway work and storm drains, Buyer beware, make sure seller will close permits before purchasing. It was’t until I called the broker that Sal disclosed this fact to interested purchasers. Additionally the house was recently listed for 599,000 and is now listed for 749,000. Be careful working with this agency.

From the moment I contacted Sami and Erik they were extremely helpful and professional. They quickly answered my many questions and were two of the nicest people you could meet. When I went to the house they had got my an absolutely beautiful purple orchid ( my favourite though unknown to them) and a gift card. So sweet. I absolutely made the right decision!!! Sami and Erik helped me look at properties and also with a the sale of my home. Along the way they were always there…available and knowledgeable.
