Véronique was fabulous to work with. I struggled with my confidence in French, but she helped me overcome it with her patience and kindness. Not only have I passed my French exam, but even my clientele who would originally speak to me in English, now converse with me in French. Needed some last-minute help to master my writing skills for the dental OQLF exam and Véronique really catered the sessions to my needs and prepared me very effectively and efficiently for the exam!
