Havent worked out in forever from all the COVID lockdowns so I’m not in great physical shape but went for my first private session with Dustin and it was great. He’s smart, super friendly, and tailors your private session to your needs. Can’t wait to go back for more. It’s very affordable too. The facility was super clean, well ventilated, and spacious.Entrance is on the corner under the blue and white awning that says “Athletic Centre”.

After my first session I couldn't lift my arm above my shoulder for the next three days. A great cardio workout, and unlike other martial arts places you can just do training work without actually having someone hit you...although that is an option if you want it.So far I have lost 10lbs and have way more energy. If you are looking for a place to get excercise and learn some useful self defense skills, this is the place.

Been training here for about a year now. Absolutely love the energy and how intense it is! Great for all ages and all levels. It is a workout on its own. The instructors are all very experienced and teach very well. I highly recommend this place!

Had a lot of fun ! Learned lots and great way to get in shape. Instructor very professional and knowledgable. Would recommend this to anybody who wants to learn self defense.

Excellent small classes. Kids feel involved and like the inclusive class. Great place to learn self defense for kids. Highly recommended. Both our kids enjoy the sessions.

I've been a member at Krav Maga Waterloo for a couple years now, focusing on Combat Conditioning. I highly recommend trying it out! Aubrey and his staff are not only knowledgeable but are also incredibly engaging, making the workouts fun! Their personal attention to detail allows them to tweak each individual's experience to ensure they are challenged, motivated and seeing results! I have the best body I have had in my life....and I'm in my mid 40's!!!

The reviews for this place look really good, but you’d have to be able to get there? Very tricky to find, and apparently the schedule online is incorrect. If you’re determined to try it make sure to call them and ask explicit questions about time and location. But hey, the kids karate class looked fun too.

I use the gym here, great place and plenty of freeweights, can't beat the yearly membership price.This is right next to the KWSC ice sheet, admirable young boys and girls that work very hard and all day long to compete in regional, provincial and national figure skating competitions, very inspiring.

Best place to learn Krav Maga/self-defence in the Kitchener-Waterloo area and improve your fitness! Dustin, Pavol, and Blake are amazing and highly skilled instructors, always bringing their passion and energy to class. Great atmosphere with fun and challenging classes and everyone is super friendly and helpful. This facility has all you need for training whether you have some experience or none at all. Best decision I made to start my martial arts journey here.
