Ok, so to all the weiners and all-time-complainers writting reviews while sitting on their toilet bowls, a review is about your experience while getting service or at least having dealt with the place. Isn’t that right Ms Mirandy? (Or the cute little doggy). I have been dealing with Cani-Feli for more than 15 yrs with 3 different pets for more than a dozen visits, and I can assure you that they are by far the best and their prices are beyond reasonable. If an exam is needed for your pet, why would you argue differently? What if the “other” places get right into sterilization and your pet dies during the procedure because they didn’t take the time to properly look at its vitals?? I know lining the dots can be a real chalenge for some… I recomend Dr. Negrut to all me family and friends having pets.

Called to get information about an appointed for my kitty for sterilization, microchip and cost info. Explained I’m new customer but that his vaccines are up to date and I have his vet paperwork from another vet. They immediately stated that it will cost me $80 for an examination before they will do the sterilization and microchip. I’ve called several other places before them and have never been told that an exam was required first, worked with many rescues and have never been told this when we needed sterilization. When I said this was never required with other vets I called, I was told every vet is different how they operate. Bad start, total money grab. Fully expect a response to my review to state that they are within their right to do so, but right and wrong are obviously not part of everyone’s policy. It seems money is their main concern. no thanks!

The team of Canis Felis are very professional.I’m impressed by their efficiency and love of the animals.I was greeted by the animal care technician, Myriam, who was so good with us and our cat.She gave Biscotty( our cat) a general checkup, and to inquire about our concerns.Then Dr Negrut swooped in to double check Biscotty, and respond to our questions.In the end, Biscotty’s castration and hernia repair went well.They even called after one week to see, if Biscotty was ok.What a team! The vet that saw me and my cat was very professional and careful! Great service.My poor cat that had been urinating randomly for a few days and they took it very seriously: gave me a same-day emergency appointment, ran a urine analysis within half an hour and confirmed it was just a minor infection. They administered some antibiotics and my cat is now feeling much better.

I liked the clinic because usually the personnel is there to assist you, especially Dr. Negrut. Unfortunately, my dog has a very sensitive stomach and every now and then we have an emergency. Last time we had one, i called the clinic and the person who talked to me told me to find a different clinic because !!! they were busy !!! I decided to gave them another chance, until now.. I've just received a call saying I will have to pay a fine of 50 CAD to the clinic because I canceled a dentist appointment for my dog(funny, because i haven't). I set up an appointment around 2 months ago and never received an email or a text confirming I had the appointment.. These could be isolated cases(person) but I feel very disappointed of the service they provide to old customers. If you are new, maybe you will have better chances.

Really dedicated staff and Vets. Very compassionate when have to but our fur babies down. The prices are very competitive.

So happy with the service I received at this veterinary! I was very nervous about getting my dog’s teeth cleaned because I knew there would be anesthesia involved and he would need some teeth extracted. The team were super friendly and reassured me that they would take good care of my dog and call me when everything was done. Nothing was pushed on me and the prices were reasonable compared to other vets I had visited. I will for sure continue going to this veterinary hospital :)

For the last 13 years I am a very satisfied customer. Dr.Negrut is all my numerous cats best friend. He is very considerate, and he knows that going to the vet is always hard on pets owners due to stress and emotional struggles. He let us hold my cat paw for for her last goodbye and he was very helpful knowing how much I love all my cats.My cats have their temperament and he seams to know how to handle how of them Going to the vet is always expensive but when I visit the Clinic I know that my cats would be well taking care of.
