Fantastic service. Getting my out-of-province vehicle repair (rad. support replacement) at Boyd was by far the cleanest and easiest auto-service I've ever experienced. Kris and the team were incredibly friendly and professional, able to immediately understand the problem and provide me with a plan and very competitive quote. I especially appreciated the fact that Kris went above and beyond to send pictures and information to make sure the job was done properly. Would highly recommend this location for anyone needing any kind of auto body work or glass replacement!

This is a somewhat difficult review for me to write because there are both pros and cons.The pros:-The lady answering the phone should be given a medal for how well she deals with customers. I'm sure the rest of the staff are nice as well.-The work on my car does seem quality. I went in for a single quarter panel replacement only, they also replaced a burnt out blinker light without me asking which was nice.The cons:-Time:The damage was covered through SGI and I was quoted 1 week by Boyd for the work give or take a couple days. I called after 2 weeks and was told it would be a few more days.-TimeChris left a voicemail saying they are just starting the painting process, so not much longer.-TimeI waited a few more days and they said they said it would be ready by next Wednesday.-TimeI called Wedensday to see if my car was ready, they said it would forsure be ready tomorrow (Thursday).I was able to pick my car up 1 month after bringing it into the shop after being quoted 1 week. Keep in mind, this was a single quarter panel replacement on a 2013 honda civic with everything in stock.Again, the work does seem great! I am not knocking quality. But if your vehicle is your main mode of transportation, find somewhere else to go, or else you will keep getting the It will be ready tomorrow" treatment. I honeslty feel bad having to write this review."

Outstanding customer service. I had out of province insurance and Boyd dealt directly with ICBC. It was a completely hassle free repair and they even detailed my vehicle. I hope to not need any more body work ever, but if I do, this is where I will bring my vehicle.Best experience I have had in vehicle repair and maintenance.

These folks were spectacular. They treated me with respect, and came in UNDER their estimate! I've never had such a great experience with a body shop before. I'll be going back to them for sure!

Chris and the crew at this location did an outstanding job on my Explorer. I had some damage from a mishap which was covered by insurance. Also had some rust that I wanted repaired at my own expense and also had windshield replaced. Rust repair was very reasonable price and great job.Excellent work on all the above and super quick turnaround - less than a week. Took it in on a Tuesday and had it back the following Monday.Thanks Chris and crew. Much appreciated.Mike

I took my Murano to Boyd for an SGI repair after an accident damaging my back bumper and shattering my back window out. They were able to get me in within a day, offered to coordinate rental service (through SGI), ordered my parts and fixed my vehicle in a very timely manner. Justin contacted me with updates and April explained the process and my estimate. All documents were emailed to me and were easy to understand. My vehicle was ready two days before they promised and due to the busy accident season, I was told the repair technicians were working overtime to ensure the repair work was done in a timely manner. So far there is no issue with my repairs and the work done looks excellent. They even cleaned the interior of my car which was a fantastic bonus and a surprise when I picked it up. I am more than happy with the service from Boyd and would recommend this business to anyone. Thanks Justin, April and all staff!

Absolutely the best. I had my car in for some body work last spring and was so happy with everything that I took my car back in recently to have a windshield replaced. Friendly, professional, superb service and quality work - and Boyd’s truly goes above and beyond. Wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.

I went here for an SGI claim to get body work done. The staff were friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. The rental car was there waiting with all the paperwork ready to go. So it was nice not having to organize that.They did keep my car for a week longer than they quoted me, due to waiting on a part. But I had the rental for the whole time.Parking there is kinda awkward

This will be the 3rd time I’ve used this location and they are the BEST! The staff is great and they do impeccable work every single time. I will keep recommending this shop.
