They are a great father and son team, are informative, helpful and provided a no pressure environment. I’m very satisfied with the vehicle, the pricing and their process. Armin auto provided me with an excellent customer service experience. I was very nervous about shopping for a used vehicle but Ben and his team were amazing. They showed me multiple vehicles that meet my standards and budget. In the end I drove away with the perfect vehicle for me and my family and piece of mind that I can depend on them if any issues arise. First day I received my car from them - no Windshield washer fluid inside.A few weeks later - one of four tires became run-flat tire.2 months later - engine was overheatedChange to new crank shaft pulley and new belt. Also , engine mount needs to be replaced. Total cost is over $3000.Too many mechanical issues just within 2 months after I bought from here.All customer services were so nice so I am so disappointed with it.

Sweet BUT CHEAT DAD SON DUO. Got a vehicle from this con shop. Following points make it an unprofessional experience making me a non returning customer. 1. Upon checking details of my uncle, Armin’s dad stated loan will be done as credit score is good, however being short of time I transferred full amount only to be returned as per Armin’s dad’s commitment, once my uncle came and got the car loaned . Upon visiting with my uncle , Armin’s dad flipped and said loan not possible contrary to his statement 02 days ago, though my uncle’s score being the exact same and in good standing, hence my capital was blocked 2. They tried to deviate from giving snow tyres which I eventually took from them after showing them their original AD 3. Armin’s dad Hides in his so called Business den when customers come looking for work as per his hollow commitments. VERY DODGY family owned car dealership. You are lucky to get a fair deal from these guys.

Armin auto were great to deal with. They took care of everything for me and even dealt with my insurance company. When I picked up my car it was clean and all charged up. They responded quick to my texts and was very helpful.
