Typically great staff and service here. The bartender is always on point and you never have to wait too long for a server to swing by. Very good value on the daily specials.However, not having their own kitchen is definitely detrimental. Relying on the Old Spaghetti Factory for their food means the quality probably isn't going to be consistent. The pasta is generally fine but some items come out completely wrong... like a steak sandwich requested rare which came out completely dry and more along the lines of medium well.

Drinks and food are pretty good. There's only one staff that looked like she was done for the day that almost didn't want to cater to a big group (she cleaned the table left by customers before us). The other staff that continued to serve us is pretty nice otherwise so we still felt valued afterwards.

A group of my friends and I visited the Hops in New West last night during our bar hopping experience in New West. We had the most amazing experience with Jeffrey. He was so genuine and provided us with blankets when he saw we were chilly, he came by and made us all giggle and enjoy our night. Jeffrey provided the best service!

Great staff, cool location, nice regulars I met there that love their sports. One guy busted out his acoustic guitar in the patio area, he sounded like eddy vedder from pearl jam, was amazing!!!

They have extremely expensive wings. It is advertised as 1 pound of wings for $14.95 but they only give you 6 wings (which is most definitely not 1 pound of wings). The wings did taste fine though just very small portions. The calamari was also good but came on a very small plate. Drink specials were good.The service was excellent. Trivia night on Wednesdays are fun.Overall great for drinks but expensive food and small portions.

In the restaurant game for 20 years. Never ever leave reviews. But was in with a friend last called us at 1050. Asked us to leave at 1105. Will never ever come here again. Brutal service. This person should never serve tables ever.

We visited this pub a few times, usually in summer to be seated ontheir patio area. It offers quite a decent list of beverages. I found their choice of IPAs to be a bit weak, but after pandemic re-opening, they introduced Mariner IPA to the list, and it's a game-changer for me. Service is slow at times, mainly because the place is packed, and there's only one waitress, but it's bearable. We never went past appetizers, but I can tell that wings are good, and mozzarella triangles are nice when cheese stays inside, which doesn't happen always, and you get triangles with no cheese inside. Also, I'm not sure if it's a post-pandemic measure, but now the kitchen closes at 8 pm. For us, somehow missing the last kitchen call, it was the end of the night. One other thing that I really liked, which is not available anymore in COVID-19 reality for very obvious reasons, is that they used to have a popcorn machine where patrons could get a free popcorn – it's genius. I can't say that this pub is perfect, but they are trying to be so, and I can see why many locals like it. Give it a try.

Love this pub. Everyone is so great there. I have always had such a good time there and the staff is like family.
