Really disappointed. I came here and thought the quality was much better than similar places.. I was not informed about the difference pricing until the end and was called to come back and pay an additional $10 for something I didn’t want in the first place. I was also told it was an additional $30 for the same basic rainbow coloring I was charged nothing for at a previous visit.I know inflation is a thing.. but the prices need to be clear and upfront before doing something that I would of opted out of if I was informed beforehand & then to be called back once I already left the store was just ridiculous.

My gel nail ripped off after 11 days, picking up a coffee can and they had the nerve to tell me it was my fault for getting the nail caught on something to heavy. They refused to remove them for free, which is ridiculous considering these are supposed to last for 3-4 weeks. I paid over $80 to have these done, and it hurt like hell to have it ripped off. Never going here again.

First and foremost - the service was friendly. My pedicure was amazing - highly recommend getting one.I do have to say though that I am very disappointed with their dip nails. I had the owner doing my dip and she assured me she could do a French ombré with an accent nail.Prior to her starting I mentioned I had to leave at 12:40-12:50pm at the latest (my pedicure appointment started at 10:25am). She told me that it wouldn’t be a problem and that I would be done.First - she soaked my existing nails in pure acetone to remove my previous set. This process took roughly 15-20 minutes. My cuticles are very dry and cracking as a result of this.Second - I explained I wanted tips put on for length and she told me no one does that and it’s not good for my nails.Third- she put light pink on as my base and then a second layer of dark pink and was going to do a third layer but I explained to her that I had to leave as it was now already 1:00pm. She told me she did this to match to my previous colour - it didn’t matter as my nails were soaked off….my nails were not ombré in any way - they are white. Just white. No ombré in there at all.I did find it frustrating because as I was getting my nails done, I would ask questions and i was presented with a lot of excuses of why they looked this way.Overall, kind and friendly but experience is lacking in my opinion.I have attached photos of what my French ombré nails ended up like - she couldn’t finish with the top coat and filing because I had to leave. Unfortunately, it was a lot of time lost and very disappointed as a first time customer. She recognized they looked bad and she did not charge me for the these - which I appreciate.

I’ve been a few times now and am very impressed. I get dip each time and they are beautiful. The last time I went showed how great their customer service is! We tried a different top coat and unfortunately it didn’t work well with my nails and resulted in the manicure cracking.When I reached out to ask if I could get them touched up, they were exceptional in making it right. They got me in very quickly and spent a full hour making sure my nails were perfect again. I was thrilled that they stood by their work product and will continue to go back.

Very, very clean and modern! The staff are very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to visit. The atmosphere is very calming and they even have gentle spa music playing in the background.I haven’t been in a salon this nice since I lived in Ottawa! Definitely unlike any other salon in the HRM. They also offer a lot of services compared to the local competition.Chrysanthemum (if you’re reading this): you now have a loyal customer! Wow :) thank you so much!

Absolutely love this spa! I just got my lashes done by Tina and was blown away by the attentiveness of the staff. They ensured I understood every single step of the process and took the time to consult about the exact style and type of lashes that would suit me. They look incredible and I’ve had a stream of compliments since getting them! This was my first time getting lashes from them, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone. Beautiful spa that is friendly, bright and clean.

I've been here twice and experienced the same thing both times - price gouging. Everything is an add on. Designs are five dollars per nail. Tech put the design on the wrong nail, i was changed for the mistake and the correction. Another Tech talked me out of my desired design and ended up charging me the change. Tech told me one price when she was finished. It had gone up by five dollars by the time I'd walked over to pay. They did good work and I'm happy with the final results. But the feeling of being goated into paying for extra services left a bad taste in my mouth.

My fave place for a mani/pedi. Price is right and a calm, relaxing atmosphere. My shellac from Chrysanthemum lasts longer than other places.

Photo speaks to how inattentive the technician was. She could have looked to see if I had any rough or dry skin on the sides of my feet, but she must have assumed there was. I said, Ow!" when this happened
