Good review with sales associate of available models - answered all questions to my satisfaction, pointed me in the right direction. Product I bought meets my needs. Delivered quickly. Delivery service was top-of-line. I did not research prices before buying this time, but feel price for product was acceptable based on past experience and casual look-sees.

Excellent service! The salesperson’s name is Nakhle. He has been helpful, patient and not pushy at all. I bought two mattresses and one I did exchange later on. I have received the same welcoming service and always a professional attitude on each translation/visit. Ask for Nakhle and give me a thumbs up if you think i am right:) or thumbs down if you disagree!!!

I've been experiencing back issues due to my current mattress sinking. It got so bad to the point I just left home in search or replacing my mattress. Decided on going to this location as my daughter recommended.Walked in thinking I'd have to find something myself. However I was approached by Alexandre Michaud. This gentleman is indeed great at what he does. He asked what I was looking for, what's my budget and narrowed it down to a few. This has been by far the best experience while shopping for a mattress.This has been the best mother day purchase, no regrets on my end.

We bought the bloom cloud, soho platform and Chelsea headboard and love them! The manager also gave us a great deal because we bought the set. Great service. He really took the time to show us around. Delivery was easy as well. Small window and tracking available. Only complaint was the corner of the box of the headboard was torn so it even went through the protective bag… small hole in the headboard but easily fixed with thread. The bag is also helpful if we move one day since it covers the whole king sized headboard. It’s a bit more expensive than other stores but the quality is much better.

Great services from the sales representative to the delivery team, everyone is very professional and friendly. The only thing is we asked to be delivered after 5pm however the mattress arrived at 11am. Luckily someone is home otherwise we probably won’t get it today. Overall great services.

We received such wonderful service from Alexandre on Friday, the 27th May. We initially just went into the store to look around, but we ended up falling in love with a mattress due to the amazing service. Alexandre answered all of our long questions. He truly cares about the satisfaction of the client and is a true professional in the field. He was very patient and hilarious. I would recommend this store for their wide varieties of mattresses but, more specifically, for the amount of information Alexandre was able to provide.
