This is my first time writing a review and I normally never write any reviews. This story deserves to be heard as I’ve had very bad experience. I’m 16 years old and this company comes to Leamington once a month. I have just turned 16 and went right after school. Proof of identification went smoothly although she misunderstood me once. I didn’t mind as everyone makes mistakes. She brings me over for my vision test. I was feeling confident because I’m known to have 20/20 vision, got my eyes checked up couple months ago and I’ve never once heard in my life that I had terrible vision. It was this very old, dirty, Machine. She tested me three sets of numbers. It was so blurry, and the lens was cracked I could barely see. I didn’t complain how far it was because I thought that was the rules. I got about 3-4 wrong. She gave me a paper stating I need to go to optometrist. I was dumbfounded and shocked because me?! Failing a vision test with 20/20 vision? Something must be wrong. I politely went out holding back my tears because her attitude towards me made me think that I was a failure when I prepared so hard for my g1. I called my mom and she was shocked too. She told me to go in respectfully and ask if I could have another chance as im not the person to ever fail a vision test. So, I went in again and the lady sighed, rolling her eyes said before I could even speak, what else I needed more. I asked for a second chance for my vision test and she told me that what’s done is done and there’s no reason to. However, she still gave me a chance. I failed again. I didn’t mind failing, what I minded was her attitude. She was very rude when speaking to me. I called my mom the second time, and she said that she’s on her way. She got off work and went to the lady stating that I have perfect vision. The lady at a louder tone said to my mom what she haven’t said to me. She said “only 4% of human population cannot see through the machine when they have a perfect vision”. So, my mom asked if she could be tested to see if there actually is something wrong with my vision. My mom got the first set of numbers right (lady gave her a different one). Then, the second and third set of numbers she got, she couldn’t read them herself. She has 1.5 vision. My mom told her she thinks that something is wrong with those number sets and the lady argued back stating her “4%” fact as if that was the only excuse. My mom and I could’ve been at the wrong in this situation, but what the lady and her coworkers said was unacceptable. They were complaining with a loud voice saying “gosh they’re still proving you wrong?” “why are we still doing this…” and talking really negatively towards us. The lady then gave me the number set my mom got right and I could read that one because it was big, and clear. I obviously did not memorize what my mom had said previously I could genuinely read them. I would never lie on a vision test since vision tests are for others’ safety and my own safety. She gave me the bad ones on purpose. My friend who also got kicked out from the vision test stated she couldn’t see through the machine either. Oh so that “4%” of the population contains 3 people from leamington? Her fact made no sense. I’m extremely hurt with their service and their disrespect. I’ve never encountered someone who’d talk bad when the person is right in front. She did not believe anything I said and just rushed to get me out of there when there was plenty of time. I would not be recommending this company to anyone. I’ve already told everyone around me how bad the service was and tomorrow, I’m going to Chatham to get my G1 license. They definitely are racist and my mom does not speak good English because we immigrated from South Korea. From the very first interaction, I could tell she hated me because of my race. Definitely do not welcome other countries.Update:Went to Chatham g1 day after and vision test way more easier. Passed g1 and process went smoothly. Staffs are very friendly. Don’t go windsor, but Chatham!!!

Did G test toady and passed! But it was really bad experience, now I understand why there so many bad reviews!! Cuz the examiner is really mean!!!!! I won’t say all of them are mean, but mine was! And her name is Sarah. We long waited in the car at least half hour with nervous, can u guys just be normal? I don’t want to talk about what happened anymore, but just wanted the company be aware your employee’s politeness. If they having bad day, let them go home, don’t put on your customers!!! We paid and we are customers!

My experience at the Drive Test Centre in Windsor, OntarioI recently visited the Drive Test Centre in Windsor, Ontario to take my G2 test, and I must say it was a positive experience overall. I wanted to share my review to inform others about the place and the service I received.First and foremost, I passed my G2 test, which made the entire experience even more satisfying, thanks to my examiner, Vanessa, who conducted the test with professionalism and friendliness. Vanessa created a comfortable atmosphere in the car. She even put on some music on FM, which helped calm my nerves and made the test more enjoyable. She provided clear instructions and made sure I understood everything. Her liberal approach during the test helped me focus and perform at my best. It's always reassuring to have an examiner who supports you throughout the process. On a side note, I had previously taken my G test at this centre about a month prior to my G2 test. Unfortunately, I was unsuccessful on that occasion. However, I would like to highlight that the experience with my examiner during the G test was not as positive. There were a couple of instances where the examiner marked mistakes that were clearly the fault of other drivers on the road that day, and not mine. This seemed unfair and left me disappointed. It is important to acknowledge that while some examiners are fair and understanding, others may not be as meticulous in identifying the correct mistakes. In conclusion, my visit to the Drive Test Centre in Windsor, Ontario Vanessa, my G2 examiner, was fantastic, providing a supportive and enjoyable testing environment. Just keep in mind that your experience may vary depending on the examiner assigned to you. Good luck with your test!

Some service agents are great. They’re respectful and courteous. I’ve had to go there several times in the past week. There was one agent however, who was downright rude. I mean from the start, without provocation. These are the types of people I choose not to deal with. I’ll simply grab a ticket and wait in line again. Overall, it seems that there are way more great and helpful agents than the flip side. I found the best time to go was between 9-10. But they do open at 7. So that seems like it would be a good time also.

Went to do my G test today. I know everyone considers the blonde lady dragon lady but there is another, Patricia. She failed me for checking my blind spot to make sure the area was clear and then indicated, checked blind spots again and properly changed lanes on Howard. And apparently that was wrong??? NOT EVEN THE EXPRESSWAY which is the main point of the G test. I have been driving for almost 6 years, no tickets, nothing. When I first got my G2 the examiner told me I was a natural and I passed in 5 minutes. I did perfectly fine on the expressway. I drive the 401 monthly to visit family and never have any troubles. With Patricia’s commentary it seems like she was looking for reasons to fail me. And I have heard the is about her before. When she came up to my car and I said hello with a smile and she ignored me. I am ALL for taking accountability when I make mistakes but this was all on the examiner, extremely rude and blunt.

I am very thankful to my examiner, Justin, who is very professional and a very kind person. I was so nervous prior to the test but when he explained and gave instructions in a very nice tone, it made me more confident and comfortable. I passed my G test today! Thank you Justin… I had the same experience when I passed my G2 last year with Alex. Both of them gave instructions in a nice way, nice tone of voice that you would not be nervous at all and this helps me not to make mistakes during the driving test. Thank so much to both of you!
