Encore events was an absolute pleasure to work with. The owners are so kind and generous and make my wedding planning insanely easy. The tents I rented were beautiful and they were so flexible, they even dropped them off 3 days in advance to my wedding so I had ample time to decorate! I highly recommend them and would use them over and over!

I was having an outdoor wedding in a public park, so the tents, tables, chairs and arbor that I wanted needed to be set up and taken down in the same day. When I called Encore Event Management to ask if they could do that they said yes, we will make that happen and they did !! They have been amazing !! My wedding was this past Saturday. It's was the most beautiful venue thanks to them !!

HIRE THEM!! tents went up and came down with zero issues, everyone loved the lighting and the space these tents had. Sydney and Jerry are great at communicating and helping with your every need. The price is great but the help is better. They have an amazing bar you can rent with an ice well and bar mats! The dancefloor was sturdy and there were no tripping hazards like previous rental companies I have seen. Based out of Nanaimo but willing to travel for you, they are the best of the best!

Encore Event Management and Rentals
These guys were professional, expedient, and helpful in handling my event. I hired them for a few tables, chairs and tents and Jerry was quick to deliver and set up my order ready to go for the party. I had him come by afterwards to take it down, and he and his employees were quick and efficient at tear-down and had my yard back to its original state within an hour. I would recommend their service.

Encore did my outdoor tented wedding. 120 people and everything was perfect! Set up was easy they came put the tents up, and took them down when they were done! Easy communication and a great company to do business within I planned my wedding on my own and they helped make everything seamless!
