Edit: Having recently consolidated the electrical appliances (from the previous store with the same name across the way), the store is packed with selection though harder to maneuver around the back of the isles.Tight and neat store packed with housewares and kitchen gadgets of reasonable prices, the staff is friendly and helpful.

bought this ceramic pot 14 days ago, used only a second time for a congee cooking, it exploded and messed up allover my electric stove ! Took me 2 hours of cleaning. They sell bad products, rude service even deny an exchange !兩星期前買這個陶瓷煲, 第二次用來煲粥就發生爆炸! 花了我們两個鐘去清理電爐頭 ! 售賣低質產品更抵赖不肯换貨 !

The items in store were priced differently from the prices on their own website. The staff were nice and sold items at the online price without any hassle. Credit cards are accepted for some transactions, no returns though.
