Osmow's Shawarma
Dont even come closer to this location unless you are looking for super cold meal. My experience was just 10 min before posting the reviewi used to get Osmos on the sticks regularly and its my first visit to this location, turned out to be a huge disappointment. After placing my order, surprisingly i got my food ready within 1 min, from that i got an idea regarding the quality of the food.Fries were super cold and i saw a bowl of fries sitting outside and was praying that it shouldn’t be in my meal. Worst part is that chicken was also cold. Wont even suggest this location to anyone.Really poor quality and bad service. Please provide decent food to your future customers, as there wont be any loyal customers for this kind of service

Walked in and ordered take out of the chicken shawarma on the stix with greek salad. Didn’t get the chance to check the food until I got home (I trusted them), big mistake. Please check your food before leaving this place.The food had no sauce, it was made super spicy when I asked for only a little spice. And the salad was only half full, barely had any feta and also had no dressing…the food came out surprisingly fast and I guess this explains it.Disappointing. Please retrain your staff or hire more diligent workers.

Hey common guyzz!! This location is open until 5 am everyday and I have asked them about the daily Thursday special they denied to offer me that saying until 5 am is still Wednesday special but technically it was Thursday.I was there at 2am asking for this and no other Osmows has this stupid special policy.Plus the girl and the guy working there they were no where to be seen after they served us. Both were under the counter and they disappeared.God knows what they were doing under the counter.Grow up guyzz…And also just because it was late night they were serving cold burnt food. Most of it was tasting bitter.Never recommend this location to anyone as they have weird daily special policies.

it is with great disappointment that I recount my recent dining experience at Osmow's. From the moment I walked through the doors, it was abundantly clear that customer service was not a priority for the staff. The waitstaff were inattentive, disinterested, and seemed to lack any basic knowledge of the menu or the concept of hospitality.To add insult to injury, the portions at Osmow's were shockingly inadequate. I couldn't help but feel cheated as I peered into my plate, desperately searching for the substantial meal I had anticipated. It was as if they were serving appetizers instead of main courses. The portion sizes were a complete letdown, leaving me feeling unsatisfied and hungry even after devouring what little food I had received.But the disappointment didn't end there. The chicken dish I ordered was downright inedible. Not only was it overcooked and dried out, but it was also burnt to a crisp. The charred exterior imparted a bitter taste that permeated every bite, completely ruining what could have been a flavorful dish. It's baffling how a restaurant could serve such poorly executed and unpalatable food without any sense of shame or apology.Additionally, the overall ambiance of the restaurant was lackluster. The seating arrangements were cramped and uncomfortable, leaving little room for customers to enjoy their meals in peace. The interior was poorly lit, giving off a gloomy atmosphere that was far from inviting. It's evident that Osmow's falls short in creating a pleasant and enjoyable dining environment.To top it all off, the prices at Osmow's were completely unjustifiable. The exorbitant costs charged for such subpar food and service were nothing short of a blatant rip-off. It's disappointing to witness a restaurant take advantage of its customers by offering inferior quality at inflated prices.In conclusion, my experience at Osmow's was nothing short of a disaster. The abysmal customer service, meager portions, burnt chicken, and dismal ambiance all contributed to an utterly disappointing dining experience. I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a satisfying meal. Osmow's needs to seriously reevaluate its approach to food and service if it wishes to retain any semblance of credibility in the restaurant industry.

I specifically asked for Pita Croutons because I love them on my food, however they give me the ones that were so burnt that my entire food was despoiled due to the sour taste of Croutons. Check the image I posted.

I recently came to this location with a friend of mine to try their Saj Shawarma wrap. Just by eating half the wrap, my tummy was full. Couldn't ask for more chicken and filling because it was so good! The only place I'd go to have Shawarma is Osmow's. The staff here is so welcoming and friendly. I really love their food to my heart's fullest.

I ordered two chicken on salad and there was a lot of chicken but next to no salad. As other reviewers mentioned, this location isn't very consistent. Overall, it tastes great. I just wish I got some salad. Also, it is very spicy so order a level down than you'd usually get. I love very spicy food, but the medium is insanely hot.
