Zaibi Auto Repair

I was on my way to a cottage when I noticed my brakes sounded weird. I called around and no one was available. I finally called Zaibi and he said he could take me in right then and there to look at it. He checked my car and told me what was wrong with it all free of charge. So kind. Some mechanics will try to take advantage of you when you are a newer driver and I didn’t feel that way at all and he was so nice! I recommend this place!!

True story.Had an oil change done in Whitby and was on the way to visit a friend at his trailer park when the shield that covers the undercarriage of the car came loose. This was on Saturday (today), on the Canada day long weekend @ 4pm when everywhere else was closed.His door wasn't open as I think he was closing bit he saw us an opened his garage for us. He hoisted the car up and fixed it in under 5 minutes. He knew we were out of towners and could have either just remained closed or screwed us over but he helped us and didn't even want to charge us for the quick repair. We obviously paid him, but that's besides the point. You do not meet honest, friendly, good Samaritan mechanics like this often.If I lived in Lindsay I'd take my car there exclusively. Do yourself a favour and give this man your business. He's as honest as they come which is more than I can say about most mechanics.We never got your name but THANK YOU from my wife and I. My Daughter was driving alone for the first time going on a long trip up north, and her brakes started making noise before she headed out of Lindsay where she ended up by a mistake....She tried to get her car looked after by a couple of businesses until Zaibi offered to take a look at her car.She told her what the problem was and he never pressured her to have the job done there or scared her into doing ... He didn't even charge her for the inspection.If you've ever had your child in a bind and you see that someone helps them without taking advantage of them, then you write them the BEST review possible. I have been using Zaibi Auto repair for over 6 years.He is very busy but I often wait for him to be available because he is truly the best location for service. He is honest and very experienced.I have tried other places when he is busy. I tried Clancy Auto and they did an oil change. I brought my own synthtic oil and filter. After I drove my car the usual 10k distance my engine was noisy. I checked my oil and it was gummy...Clancy put their regular oil in my engine instead my synthetic...I am fortunate my engine didnt breakdown...that was my first and last time I went there ...!!!I also went to Take 5 for an oil change and as I am waiting I see the worker hammering my car...?? I asked the manager what he is doingand I was told not to worry , he is their most experienced guy...turns out he dropped a socket onto my frame and was hammering the frame instead of using a magnet...that was my first and last time I went there...!!!Another place I went to for tire rotation...one wheel was not bolted properly... was fortunate that zaibi found why I had the noise before I got into an accident...could have been catastrophic on a highway...I am happy to know Zaibi does great worry free work...I recommend Zaibi to anyone...Rick K

Great service n what I was charged for the amount of work done..? I shudve bin charged double! Lol, coffee n donuts from across the street on me, thanks again for the tire n rear brake work! P.S. Found a truck for me yet that I can trade for the white Chrysler mini van..lmao..stay safe!

Go there at your own risk ,I went for a tire change and got the worst possible service .

This guy ... Really wanted to take me for a ride. We know what's going on! the truck however front left lower ball joint and tie rod gave out during travel. So we take it here, thinking quick otherwise expensive trip to mechanic sure. Not only was I not allowed to look at what he was looking at. He rudely pushed me back with vocal command. While taking tires off this lad revving his air gun every shot he got between bolts waving the gun during trigger revs". He stated I need rotars front both sides
