Pretty good store, in general. They have good inventory, especially with this size of Best Buy. Some products are not very good, though.I had some issues returning a bad product, apparently you can only return something on the same credit card that was used to purchase the item. I left mine somewhere, so I was only able to get a gift card. Pretty annoying to not be able to choose cash or some other way when I have the full product and receipt.Staff did not give me a good reason for it, either. They were sort of apologetic about it but did not really give me what I wanted either way.Had to find some way to spend the gift card on something that was worth buying in the end.Nothing against the store, just slight annoyances.

As a company, it does not adhere to 'PRICE MATCH POLICY'. I bought a DJI drone from them online. I also went to the store to check the price, and it was the same at the Best Buy Store. Fair enough.I went to their competitor, and apparently, the drone was 200 dollars cheaper. When I called the customer care department, I was told that they don't follow price match policies for online products. I guess Best Buy is willing to lose the entire 650 dollars instead of losing 200.

Staff are extremely condescending. An employee came to help my partner and i, but when we asked questions about certain tablets we were interested in, he just proceeded to be extremely rude and flat out insult our intelligence. Then went on to mock us to other employees loud enough for us to hear

Be careful what you buy at Best Buy, because they don't let you know it may come from a third party and they wont help you one bit on returning it if something is not right!! I will never go to Best Buy again.

Great store with great service - just wanted to mention a small gripe.Not sure how recent the change is but I'm not a huge fan of the new hours nor are your staff I'm willing to bet - 11am to 7pm is a brutal shift for retail workers and it's also just a super odd time to shop as well. I know I prefer to get my shopping done between 8 and 11 at the mall (as do the elderly, shift workers etc) and I understand that the complex itself has changed their hours but it just seems to be a little too weird/inconvenient honestly.

What a joke this store is. The way they sell their video games is so poorly thought out. They will have 5 jewel cases on the shelf, you take one up to buy and then they tell you they are out of stock but we can order online. We were told it was company policy to leave the jewel cases on the shelf, makes it easier for the employees. LEAVE ONE ON THE SHELF AND PUT A STICK ON IT SAYING ONLINE ORDERS ONLY! DON'T WASTE CUSTOMERS TIME. Then, three times I have been in, pick a product up, take it to the till and find out they are charging me more than the sticker price. They don't fix the price either when you tell them the shelf sticker is marked at $100 cheaper (I should have learnt the first time).

I was at Best Buy to purchase a phone case & screen protector. Adish saw that I had a phone case & was aware that I needed a screen protector but he ignored my request for the screen protector & went to his fellow coworker instead of helping me. They both started talking in their own language & they thought I did not understand but I spoke the same language. They were speaking rudely about me to each other. I approached Adish again & informed him I needed a screen protector & his response was in a rude tone. It's very disappointing going to the store & experiencing a worker treat a customer like that. I just wanted to get a phone case & screen protector for my Samsung S23, was not aware I'd get poor/rude customer service.

Went to Best Buy today shopping for a new monitor, for which I can use gaming general use. I asked a man named Harry to help out and he was amazing! He explained to be in detail and in depth how the different products work, and what options would best suit me.While there was a hiccup with the pricing being different, a manager came over and was also extremely polite, funny and was able to fix the issue we had.Overall, Harry was super nice guy, who clearly knows his stuff.Great experience!
