I will be the first one to say I'm not one to go off reviews. Prior to going to Steeles Flooring I had a very bad experience elsewhere more so with a well known chain. From experience they promise more they what they can deliver. I had the pleasure of working with Khalil at Steeles Flooring, Outstanding Customer Service went above and beyond to ensure a hassle free experience. He assisted with helping me pick the right colour, he explained the different grades, he booked the delivery and assured me he had stock and that I would not be facing issues again with the supplier direct, that I wouldn't have to hear the phrase IT HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED AND WE CAN'T HONOR YOUR PRICING". Delivery day arrived

Ibrahim at Steeles Flooring went to great lengths to provide me with extraordinary service. He went out of his way to find flooring that saved me from having to replace an entire floor in my house. I saved at least $2,000 by going to Steeles Flooring and, in the end, they did not even make a profit because the solution was so inexpensive. Ibrahim was honest and trustworthy and kept his promises on timelines and costs.I was truly amazed by the customer service at Steeles Flooring, it is the best service I have received at any business and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Great service from the moment we met with Ms May at the showroom till the moment the work is done at home!Ms May was super helpful, work was done by 2 professional guys, work was delivered on time as promised.Overall the service & quality is highly recommended!

We worked with Ibrahim at Steeles Flooring. Considering the Covid situation , they were very accommodating about getting us a quote and allowing us to see the samples in the store (when they were allowed to do such things). The customer service at Steeles Flooring has been very good and we would certainly consider them in future (we went with another company who had a product Steeles doesn't). They have the best Hardwood quality and 2 weeks before I bought around 1500 sq/ft hardwood for my house which was delieverd on time and day which was scheduled. I really thank the store manager Yousef, Gus and the team for helping me with the selection of my product. I highly recommend to buy from this place.

Fantastic customer service. I had purchased over 400sf of flooring at my local company. That company dropped the product that day. I was short 1 box. I called everywhere and nobody really wanted to invest their time in my problem since it was only 25sf.I spoke to Ali he treated me like I was just as important as anyone else. I live 2.5 hours away he hooked me up and I couldn't be happier. I wish I knew about steeles flooring first. I will drive to them for the next job and I hope you all do the same. I recently got my apartment renovated and visited Steeles Flooring many times, I would recommend this place to anyone who wants good quality reasonably priced material. Moreover sales advisors Hassan and May are very very friendly, polite and helpful. Loved interacting with them every time I was here, great showroom for any flooring needs !!

Most recently I got my hardwood done from Steeles. I had the most pleasant experience, Ali Z was very professional and his crew Emmanuel Singh and team were the BEST. This is a highly recommended place.
