Our company has dealt with two other vacuum repair companies that had both not only fell short of a minimum level of service, but also used disreputable business practices like performing services that were not approved in advance and substituting cheaper parts and charging for more expensive ones. We now gladly spend an hour traveling to Prestige Vacuum for the high level of quality service that they provide. Not only are they honest and open with their repair services, but they keep vacuum parts in stock which means repair turnaround is close to one to two days, rather than a week to a month. Their prices are fair and it is clear they are extremely knowledgeable in their trade. It is such a pleasure to finally find a company that shares our standards for customer satisfaction. Highly recommend.
