Without a doubt the most amazing group of people all clumped into one beautiful office! We LOVE Dr Chen and the whole orthodontics team. Not only are they fun and extremely accommodating, they are fabulous at their jobs!! My daughter went in for a tongue dam and is coming out with an even more beautiful smile and lots of confidence. I have to be honest, I will miss our appointments as the lovely staff lift us up and brightens every day we see them. Thank you for your excellent work and for always dealing with our concerns so patiently and thoroughly. Without a doubt, the best Orthodontics office you could ever hope to find!!

I am so impressed with Dr. Chen and everyone at Vaughan Orthodontics. Dr. Chen looked at my case and developed a plan to correct my teeth, even after another orthodontist turned me down. As an older patient, the other orthodontist was afraid to treat me for fear that my teeth might become loose, but Dr. Chen used Invisalign braces to slowly and gently correct a great number of problems with my teeth, including the fact that my bottom teeth were arching upward into my mouth. This office is so technologically advanced, you feel like you’re on the Starship Enterprise when you’re there. Absolutely everyone from the front desk, to the technicians, to Dr. Chen is super friendly and personable. I can’t say enough good things about Vaughan Orthodontics, they really do make such a great impact on so many people’s lives.

This is where my cousins go for their dentist appointments. They both got braces here and go on monthly checkups. The staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful. All the dentists and medical staff are knowledgeable and reliable.The waiting area is spacious and seats a lot of people. There a machine right at the entrance where you can check in. You can also make a hot drink while you wait.

This is truly the BEST Orthodontics clinic in all of Vaughan! The moment you walk into Vaughan Orthodontics, you know right away that the environment of this clinic is very warm and cheerful, as the staff that work there are very friendly, and helpful. They make you feel very welcome and are always wearing smiles on their faces! When you are waiting for your appointment with Dr. Chen, there is a game station with an x-box (doesn’t that sound fun!), as well as books and magazines that you can read. As for Dr. Chen, he is simply the most wonderful orthodontist you will ever find. He is very kind, friendly and has a great sense of humour! He is very experienced and professional with the work that he does. Dr. Chen is also very caring. When I first got my braces on, I had gotten many loose brace brackets, and he even called me at home to follow up and help me to fix it right away. So, if you’re looking for a great Orthodontist, I strongly recommend that you choose Dr. Chen at Vaughan Orthodontics! They deserve a rating of 4/3! :D

Dr. Chen is a highly skilled orthodontist that is careful, considerate, and very dedicated to serving his clients. He is very well educated and experienced in performing simple to complex assessments and interventions. I had my orthodontic treatment completed with Dr. Chen last year. Dr. Chen is a wonderful caring person, very knowledgeable and professional. All the staff members are friendly and thoughtful. Office clinic is clean and modern. I'm very grateful to my kids' dentist for referring us to Vaughan Orthodontics!

Dr. Chan is amazing, his staff is so friendly and kind. Also very accommodating to your schedule. I did Invisalign with him a few years ago and still go every so often for a checkup on my retainer. Amazing work on my teeth.

My 2 daughters ages 11 and 12 are both receiving treatments (braces) here at Vaughan Orthodontics. After going to other Orthos for consults we knew that this place was a stand out winner and the best choice for us. Although even before we made our decision, Dr. Chen and his team were highly recommended by many other families that we knew. Eveyone there has been very professional, knowledgable, thorough, and patient with us. Each staff members attention to deatil is remarkable-Which in my opinion is a must for this type of work. They are all so helpful and friendly and its obvious its a healthy and respectful enviroment for all. Dr.Chen is remarkably patient, deatiled, kind and understanding with patients and its clear to see he is passionate about his work. We highly recommend this practice.

Dr Chen and his entire team made my daughter feel comfortable from start to finish! His staff gave my girls a science lesson on how to make molds. They always make sure you are happy and comfortable. They are beyond professional and extremely friendly! Their staff are always smiling no matter what! if anyone was having a bad day in there you would never know! We Love Dr Chen's Office and all his amazing Staff!!!!
