I purchased my car online. The dealership was extremely easy to work with. I drove from St. Louis to pick up the car signed the paperwork gave them the check and was back on the road within an hour or so. Easiest vehicle purchase transaction I’ve ever been involved in.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Mercedes-Benz of Rochester and I have to say that my experience with my Marty Ostrowski was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked into the dealership, he greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel very welcome.He took the time to listen to my needs and preferences, and showed me just the car I needed. He was very knowledgeable about the new features from Mercedes, and was able to answer all of my questions without hesitation. I never once felt pressured or rushed during the entire process.Once I had chosen the car I wanted, he made the purchasing process incredibly smooth and stress-free. He went above and beyond to ensure that all of my paperwork was in order, and he even helped me with the financing options.Overall, I can't recommend Marty at Mercedes-Benz of Rochester highly enough. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and he truly made my car buying experience a pleasure. If you're in the market for a Mercedes, be sure to ask for Marty. You won't be disappointed!

I have been to the dealership twice over the last few years. Both time I have felt unwelcome and got the impression that the salesperson was not interested in answering any questions. The second time I was just handed the key and asked to check the car by myself. The salesperson was not around to show any features or answer questions. He was not even around when I went to return the key. Nobody offered a test drive. On top of that, he advised me that there is a wait for a lot of models, but I could get one sooner by paying over the MSRP. Overall, a very disappointing experience both times. I will not be returning.

Tom and his team have been doing a great job with the service department. I had my concerns but they were quickly resolved by Tom and his confidence in the service team.As for Sales, Shannon has been great to work with. She is thorough in the sales process and on top of any issues that arise.I look forward to continue coming to MB of Rochester for my vehicles and services.

I’m a first time Mercedes Benz owner and needed a B1 maintenance service done. Booking my appointment over the phone was quick and easy. Woman who booked my appointment was very kind and thorough with details in what this service entailed. This Mercedes location sent reminder texts for the appointment which was fantastic. Upon arrival all employees that saw me walk through the door greeted me and were very friendly. After checkout and leaving the dealership I instantly noticed a difference in my vehicles performance. They clearly treated my vehicle with care. 10/10. They also provide a shuttle service if needed.

Working with Shannon Thompson was nothing less than a exceptional experience. In August 2022 my mother informed me she'd like to get a new GLA 250. I began searching for Mercedes dealerships and more importantly a great sales associate to work with my mom and I came across Shannon's name several times at Mercedes of Rochester. Over the past 10 months Shannon gave my mother and myself perfect customer service. She never tried to up-sale my mom, she kept her updated through the entire process and even took the time to oblige a couple special request I had like putting a red bow on the car to make it a special moment for my mom. Shannon made taking delivery of the vehicle feel completely effortless and was extremely patient with explaining everything to my mom through the process. I highly recommend working with Shannon at Mercedes of Rochester and she will continue to get my families business and anyone I know who is looking for a new Mercedes moving forward.

We just purchased a new Mercedes from this dealership and could not be happier with the process. Mike and Marty are super friendly and knowledgeable. They are respectful of our time and had vehicles ready for us to test drive the moment we arrive. Both are extremely patient with our questions and the car buying process as we had to wait to confirm our prior vehicle was totaled. Mike kept me updated on inventory and arrivals of new vehicles. They are great with follow ups and made us feel comfortable.

This may be a normal thing for Mercedes owners, but I was blown away at my husband’s recent B1 service experience. He is a very new Mercedes owner and this was his first dealership experience since buying a Mercedes. Besides the service itself, this place washed his car and detailed the inside. I have never seen anything like it. He got the car back and once we got home he told me how he could tell they did a stellar job. He said “I don’t know how to explain it but the car just drives better now.” Dealership was super honest about anything going on with the vehicle and offered to shuttle him to and from work/our apartment. Could not believe the client service. Made me consider buying a Mercedes as my next vehicle. Place was also super clean and every single person greeted me. Even though I was dressed in all sweats I still was treated professionally. You do not see that these days. Little things matter to me and this place knocked it out of the park. My husband could not stop telling me how perfect his car is now. Great job team.
