Great place to get a repair. Got in right away and in about 2 hours later trailer was fixed and I was on my way. Not much of a waiting area but made do. They did offer a car to go get some food as I was there over the lunch hour.

Loved the new building,and everyone was friendly as usual! Tks Eric the service writer! And thanks to Adam,who was responsible for doing the work

If your trucking through here I highly recommend stopping here for repairs to your truck,Richwil is navistar dealership,just across the high way is kw dealership,tarp shop across the road,I had two trucks of my own,internationals,I've been every where but Alaska and Hawaii, I broke down on the ice roads at 50 below with no heater in my cab,Anthony in service got me heat in my truck on a about a 20 phone call told me how to heat in my winter roads up on the Mackenzie valley,can't imagine a better service guy,plus all the rest of the staff,three guys in service that have passed,may you rest in peace,Blair,hugie,and Keith,...

Today I was gone Richwil truck centre ltd. In Woodstock New Brunswick. My truck indicator not working. I Pay 400$ but Richwil truck centre ltd. Couldn't find the problem. I pay lot of money for nothing. They waste my 4 hours. But they can't resolved my problem. They have very bad knowledge about truck .It is totally waste of time and money.
