Big shop with standard selection. Can't really comment on price (I'm from Ontario) The young lady working was super friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and didn't look like a cloud comp just happened when I entered.

I love this store. They have so many different juices along with many choices of pens. Concidering the other store stopped selling them. The young girl that works there is very knowledgeable. Definatly will come back.

I didn't feel welcomed, and couldn't help me with vape, they have hardly nothing and didn't have what I needed. They ask me for ID and I'm 39, never been asked for ID at a vape shop. I gave them chances but won't ever be back. Although I tried some of there juices are pretty good, but for selection not much.

They are just a rip off. There prices are 40% higher for the vape oil and 30% higher for the vape itself then the other stores in town. I will never go again to this store my whole life. Seriously think about it before you step in this store. They got all the out dated stock. Selling them for a higher price before they shut this place down. I think. Extremely disappointed

Fiance got a device with a reasonably good price. Has warranty. Was just over $160 with device and liquid in total. Works well :) can't complain.

The girl that works here is amazing and quite educated in the product and will teach you anything. Then there's the guy. Oh man. The pretentious, condescending attitude emanating from this guy is intense. Would hate to have a first time customer have to deal with him because he would turn people away from vaping in general just because of his demeanor.

I am actually sorry I have to change this review, especially with the new changes affecting us all as a result of COBID -19. However, I bought an item at Volcanic Vapour yesterday. Unfortunately, I was in two car accidents, placing my fiancee, my one year old daughter and myself in a very tight situation. I tried to return my purchase less than 24 hours later with no issues and they would not even consider it. Our community has come together in some amazing was in lieu of COVID-19. Unfortunately, Volcanic Vapour has no place in our great, awesome, safe, and super resilient community that I have always been so proud to be a part of.Unfortunately, I will not return.Sad Day.

I am so happy i found this store! I felt very welcomed when i walked into the store the first time. The staff member who helped me is awesome and she was very knowledgeable on all the products! They also have very nice displays of the products they sell . I would highly recommend going here.

After many bad experiences at some other vape stores I was almost ready to go back to smoking. I decided to Check out Volcanic vapour on recommendation of a couple of my friends. The guy working that day took one look at my vape, fixed it and showed me how to properly maintain it. Very impressed with product knowledge. Thanks guys !
