Ordered on Amazon a wheel hub, said it fit on the website. It doesn't fit, so I had to buy another at a premium price. Then they try to say it's not their fault and want me to pay to ship it back, and then they say they will possibly only give 50% of the value. RIP OFF avoid. Reporting to Master Card for a charge back.

I bought drilled (Top Notch) RAV4 Front and Rear rotors and pads. One month had no problems but from last 2 weeks having a squeaky sound from wheels so I took it to mechanic and he said the sound is coming from rotors and pads because the quality is no good and he can’t do much about this issue. So I’ve to bear this because I spent money on it.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE 3 months after I installed a pair of control arm from this seller, I started hearing noises from the front of my car and noticed that my front left tire had lost track of it. I put my car in the garage and started driving my truck. Finally yesterday(after 3 months)I had time to look at my vehicle, first I went to the wheel alignment place, they said the left ball joint was defective and they said that the part should be changed before for the wheel alignment. From there I went to my mechanic and he told me that the left control arm was defective and was wobbly on the right side.I immediately contacted the seller and asked about the warranty of the product, they told me that the warranty period of the product has passed and they can't do anything. I lost 1 tire because of the cheap part this seller sold, I have to buy the part again, I have to spend money on the mechanic again. I had an estimated $500 expense just because of this piece. Don't make the mistake I made and buy some better quality product, don't buy from this seller.

I have been generally pretty happy with the service but the brakes last a year or two so it depends what your time is worth even with the warrantee replacement. I was disappointed with their customer service when I had an issue with my account. I went in today and the employee repeated their policy AT LEAST 5 times instead of listening to my frustration. Yikes, I don't see this going well long term if that is how employees are trained.Edit: The owner response is the policy that was repeated, yes. The point was I had a bad experience and in the past picked up the part with a phone number. The order was actually placed and paid by me (I'm sure you could confirm the card) but at the time it was not put under my name. Regardless of the policy, the customer service practice of not listening well and repeating the policy in response to any statement it not great.

Beware of their fitment guide if you are not an autoparts expert!It does not ask for all the required information to fully verify the fit. Even after entering the required information it will say parts fit your vehicle but there is further information in small print on the website that has other fitment requirements... It's very easy to miss if you don't know it's there.And when ask to return for a refund they say you are SOL and to sell your parts yourself online...

Absolutely garbage company. I bought 2 struts for the front end of my Chevy HHR came in a package deal and they sent me 2 passenger side struts. Now I could understand maybe a little mix up somehow if they make the package themselves but no these struts were clearly both passenger struts stamped with the passenger and driver part numbers. Now how do you explain that one? Customer service has been no help and im still not back on the road this is atrocious and just unacceptable. Wouldn’t recommend buying through this company to my worst enemy.

Bought a radiator was in car for one day in correct I called customer service to get a replacement. It was a whole big ordeal and they do not want to send me the part to replace it in a timely manner or cover the labor cost to have to put a new one in because they sent a faulty part, I do not recommend getting parts for these guys. Customer service was very rude.

WARNING AUTO SHACK has stolen my money. I ordered parts as per their web site details and they were the wrong parts. They requested more information than is humanly possible and I don't even have the vehicle here to measure all the things they want. I have told them this several times. Now then have closed my file and NO REFUND. you people are crooks.

We have been using Auto Shack for several years and have had great results. Parts are cheaper than our local stores and shipping is very fast. We have purchased parts for all makes and models and has had absolutely no issues with any parts or service. Customer service is always top notch whenever we call or visit the store
