My family home is 12 years old and it was time to replace the HVAC system. About a year ago, Unni Krishnan, who is the main HVAC tech in this company provided my home with an excellent upgraded HVAC system at a very reasonable price along with a humidifier. He also referred me to a duct cleaning company that did an excellent job cleaning out the ducts. Would highly recommend.

My humidifier broke and was causing a small flood in my basement. I called K&K in the middle of the night and the owner showed up within the hour (since he lived nearby)! He also had the part in the truck and fixed it. Total service time was 1.5 hours and our basement was fixed. Great service, will reuse and recommend to family and friends.
