The products they carry cover soo many pets needs and the focus they have on helping animals in need is the best I have seen. Proud to be a (not) Terrable Toby's shopper for life!

A wonderful locally owned small business run by some of the most enthusiastic individuals you’ll ever meet. Owen is passionate about building a supportive community and it’s clear it starts with him. He is and ensures his staff also want what’s best for your pets- and that’s really all you can ask for.Or maybe not! On top of being great humans they will donate a portion of ever sale to the amazing not for profits in our community that support animals that need help. So you can shop knowing you’re also contributing to someone who is giving back to the community that supports them.

We love Terrible Toby’s for being a great neighbourhood pet store. Staff are super friendly and helpful. They continue to expand their offerings and welcome requests and are community-oriented — offering nail trims and photo days regularly. We will continue to shop for our Boreal products and other supplies at Toby’s!!!!!!

Lovely little pet store, great service! Launched their own all natural banana chip dog treats, which I’m always a fan of. Mine wasn’t a fan but the pupper we passed them on too loves them!

Toby might be Terrible.....but Owen the owner and the rest of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to supporting this local business.

Terrible Toby's is one of the best pet stores in the region. We love going to check out new things Owen has in store for our cats and dogs, and have been loving the small animal related products he's continuing to add.Owen is also an incredible person. Not only does he run an amazing shop and support other local organizations as much as he can, but he donates a portion of all profits to animal rescues and non profits where he can. I've been the Foster Team Manager at New Collar Collective for over a year now and we can't express how much we appreciate Owen's support and donations that go right back to our cats and dogs. Owen also hosts in-store photo and nail trimming fundraisers with donations going to us (and other amazing groups), and we are so appreciative to him for his ongoign support.I have also had the pleasure of working with Owen through Dog Friendly KW and he's such an easy person and business to work with. Whether he's supporting our events and initiatives or having a booth at one of our events, we love working with him.Lastly, the staff at Terrible Toby's are incredible and so dedicated to helping you find what will work best or be the best option for our pet. So if you haven't been to Terrible Toby's yet, definitely check them out!

It is owned by a local young man who is very outgoing and has a cute dog by the name Toby. I'd started my old boy on raw, and he prices are the lowest in the area. Also, we should all support smaller stores starting out. There are way too many big box store makes a killing on their high prices. If you don't see what you are looking for, you could always ask him if he'd be interested in carrying it.

Super friendly, great deal getting my doggie's nails done. Everyone was overjoyed to meet her, and welcomed her. Wonderful atmosphere!
