Dr. Gary Glassman Toronto - Endodontic Surgery

I saw great reviews about Dr Glassman and was keen to use their service. But one of the support staffs that I spoke to was extremely rude, and I could not get past them to communicate my requests. Unfortunately I will not be able to see the doctor. It is a waste of time for me, as I spent quite some time researching and getting the appointment.

It’s very rare to come across a Dr. that is extremely good at what they do and cares for their patients. I am so grateful that Dr. Gary Glassman was the endodontist that I was recommended to. Before my root canal appointment, I had severe jaw/face pain (unrelated to the tooth that required treatment). I called dr. Gary to cancel my upcoming appointment because of the pain. Instead of just rescheduling, he immediately made a personal call and was able to refer me to a jaw/face pain clinic the same day I spoke to him -I had met Dr. Glassman once before this and was shocked that he went out of his way to help me with this when Dr.’s and dentists I had seen previously were quick to prescribe pain meds with no real solution to the problem I was experiencing. When I finally went in for the root canal, dr. Gary was sure to be careful with my jaw pain and ensured the procedure was painless by taking extra precautions. He continued to personally call/text and check-in and was very sincere when replying to my texts and questions. If it wasn’t for Dr. Gary, I’m not sure I would have received the appropriate treatment for my jaw pain. Dr. Gary is an amazing endodondist but one that cares so much about his patients makes him very special. Thanks for everything Dr. Gary.

More words can't say a great office. From the front office staff to the dental assistants they not only greet you with a warm welcome but they are all very friendly and caring. I have had many root canals done by Dr. Gary Glassman and more words can't say I have been extremely happy with all of his work. He has great chairside manners, a great attitude, very approachable and puts you at ease when having work done. I highly recommend Dr. Gary Glassman if you ever need a root canal done he is not only the best but the number one Endodontist in the whole wide world.

Dr Glassman is an artist. He was recommended by another root canal specialist from Montreal. He did my root canal - I was in so much pain - I reached out and he got back to me right away and setup an appointment. Just amazing from start to finish and I don’t even like dentists that much. No pain at all. Definitely recommend him.

I've had two procedures done by Dr. Glassman. It's hard to explain how root canal surgeries can be good experiences, but mine were. Dr. Glassman is a superstar. I had to have a root canal over the holidays and he fit me in quickly. There was zero pain. He and his staff are absolutely wonderful. I can’t see a reason to go anywhere else if I needed another one.

Dr. Glassman did my root canal which required attention sooner than later. Dr. Glassman was able to accommodate me immediately. At my first appointment, Dr. Glassman’s assassistant Hina was very patience with me taking my X-rays. The procedure was performed one week thereafter. Took less than two hours, barely any pain and Hina hold my hand a few times. After the procedure, Dr. Glassman contacted me to follow up. OveralI Dr. Glassman to be professional, knowledgeable and very caring and the staff was amazing with me also.

I had a root canal this morning and was feeling super anxious about it! Dr Glassman was so personable, checked in with me regularly, ensured I was comfortable, and reassured me. He is very client centred and extremely knowledgeable! He even responded quickly to a question I had outside office hours! Highly recommend Dr Glassman to anyone in need!! I needed root canal retreatment because of deep infection below the tooth and my dentist referred me to Dr. G. Glassman. I express my experience here hopefully will be helpful to others.- First of all his staffs are quite helpful and friendly specially going through retreatment with the experience of first root canal has already gone wrong goes a long way to reduce anxiety.-Secondly, I had lost my job and financially was a bit hard for me to handle the cost. So I was delaying the treatment. One Saturday Dr. Glassman personally called me to ask the reason for the delay. I honestly expressed the situation, and he was kind enough to reduce the cost for me. Both my wife and I were impressed with his generosity.- Thirdly, Dr. Glassman calling me to find out the reason for the delay shows he genuinely cares for his patient. That is the most important to me personally.Now about the retreatment procedure: It is hard to evaluate a doctor specially I am a not a health care professional, but I can say that I felt quite comfortable during the process, no pain at all. His office has all the types of equipment for root canal retreatment and they did not spare any efforts during the process based on personal feeling and past experience. Now I have to wait to see if the results of his hard work pays off or not. Hope the retreatment will be complete success.
