Dollarama

It's Dollarama what do you expect?. Total lack of service self-checkout and there's no one at the front even so I don't know why you just don't walk out with the stuff anyway like all the kids do.

I was purchasing multiples of an item that was priced at $4 but it scanned as $5. The staff were all far away from the checkout and I had to go find someone. I was told that the price had changed but they had not gotten to changing the posted price. I politely suggested that this was not my problem because I chose those items based on the posted price. I was told they cannot keep up with changing the posted price because prices are changing all the time. Again I asked how this is my problem because, as a customer I should be able to trust that the posted price is the price I will pay. They refused to adjust the price to the posted price and then walked away to the back of the store. I'm very dissatisfied with the customer service.UPDATE: I emailed Dollarama customer service. They asked that I provide photos of the item with the price printed on it and my receipt. They apologized and offered to mail me a $10 gift card. I'm still hesitant to shop at this location for a while, but I'll likely still shop at other locations.

Nice clean place, not the best organizing, you really have to walk the whole store to find what you need, also it would be better if more consistent with products, prices not bad, but not Great!

Never been there. I was just trying to change my work over to the correct address.

Too often, things I want are out of stock. This can happen at any store, but this location is particularly bad.Giving 3 out of 5 though in spite of this flaw, since they have great products (when in stock), at great prices.

I like the deals you can get here on everyday essentials. EG: Crazy glue.

Polite employees, and very helpful. If I couldn’t find something and I’d ask them I got the most polite answers to all my questions. Great with service animals which is a huge plus for me personally. Best dollarama I’ve ever been to. Will always shop here and it’s super close to home. Super happy with the store keep it up you guys

There’s this white lady she has gray hair kinda big she always follows me around in there every aisle I’m down she goes there and whenever I leave the store after paying she always stares at my stroller to see if I stole then when she sees something she always questions what it is like mind ur business and she always does this to native people not white or any other race just native people racist woman fire her
