So many bad reviews on the food options at the airport. Thought burgers and fries is hard to really do horribly wrong. Can confirm the food isn’t very good. Was hoping got something more like south street burger or hero burgers based on pricing even with airport premium. Flavourless fries. Thought I’d go with the classic hotdog drive the burger reviews were so bad and how can you make a hot dog taste bad? Wow over salted to the max. Gravy was ok. Not great but not the worst. Close.

Service is very slow and unprofessional. The fries had no taste and the chicken burger was dry and tasteless.Not ideal speed for on an airport...

Even for airport food standards this is garbage. Its $13 and looks like someone threw up a burger. Just look at it. Tastes just as bad.

Truly gross burger. Obviously frozen patty and a cheap pttty at that paired with a cheap bun for 12.99. i do not recommend the poutine burger. Save your money and eat the napkins instead

I can't even comprehend what I just ate. I'm instantly regretting my decision. I don't even know how you can mess up a burger.The burger was so dry and painfully medicore. Please save your money and don't go here.

Pretty tasty first time I tried one. A year alter my second burger, Chicken this time, was just barely OK. I also had the sweet potato fries which were bland and tasteless. Along with a water it was $23. A $23 burger meal should be a transendal experience, this was anything but.

If I could give this place less than one I would. The staff are rude, and make it your fault when they give you the wrong food item. Worse service I have had in a long time and I am a frequent flyer. If you can go somewhere else I would suggest you do just that.

I specifically asked is there beef or no because i dont eat beef , and she confidently said only poutine fries grilled onion and when i got order there was beef in it . I garbaged it and thn i order veggie burger with poutine and she gave me regular fries.... Just confirm your order thrice or get there notes

A decent burger for way less money than most airports. Comparable to most fast food places, but better.If you’re looking for gourmet, then you won’t be happy. If you’re looking for a decent burger to fill an empty spot at an unusually low price for an airport, then this is your place.

The chicken burger was nothing special and the fries were completely unsalted. The service was so slow due to the management's serious incompetence, it took 30 minutes for me to order and get my food even though there were only 3 people in front of me and one left while waiting. The trainee was used as the excuse, but anyone can tell you don't need three people to figure out one order issue. The trainee did also cancel my receipt without asking. Apparently they had issues dealing with WestJet's cancellation vouchers, but this is so disrespectful of passenger's time and should've been figured out beforehand by the airport.
