He is very personal and is very detailed and will answer most questions via email if needed definitely recommend.

When I first wanted to transfer from my previous endocrinologist, I asked my GP to refer me to someone who is experienced in thyroid care. I am beyond grateful that I found Dr. Shu. He is kind, thorough, knowledgeable, personable, and empathetic. He manages my thyroid cancer and pregnancy. Calmed my anxiety with lots of explanation. Didn't rush the appointment. Answered all my questions. Followed up in a timely manner.I am a health care professional myself and I see great qualities in him as a doctor and as a person. Totally recommend if you are looking for a very good endocrinologist.

I was referred here by my family doctor, and both the doctor and their attendant are very rude and at times horrible consultant.Alarming patients are one thing but just pushing them on edge and then leaving them all together is the worst my family has to experience.I wish I had never met this doctor in my life.
