Dave Metherall and the team were absolutely fantastic to work with. When selling my parents house, I had no idea on how to go about preparing the house for sale. They came to the location and in truly professional advised what and what not to do. They could not have been more in tune with the market requirements. The team was very easy to get in touch with and kept me informed thru they're online portal. The property was sold at a very fair price which I truly feel was a result of the teams hard work and dedication. I cannot recommend they enough.
