Thank you Tara and Ish for the very professional and timely approach to my diabetic foot care needs.BioPed is the only reliable place that takes care of all my diabetic foot care needs including special socks, orthotics, and a specific foot care Nurse, ( remote )Looking forward to my next visit!!!!

I visited the BioPed Langley location recently and all the staff was very helpful. They welcomed me and accommodated all my needs. The service that they provided was one of the best and was a lot better than my expectations. I bought a pair shoes and a pair of orthotics, they have been essential for my daily life now.

This was one of the best customer service experiences I have had in years!!! I feel that I have been completely taken care of and not only that, that I have made some new friends. My situation that brought me to BioPed is being resolved I’m experiencing improvement every day and know that I have the support of the staff here whenever I need it. Been going here for many years and were excellent but unfortunately this past experience in 2023 has been really bad. No follow up on calls, sent emails ect and basically ghosted. When you do speak to Tara it’s like your not worthy of her time. Use to be excellent customer service now not so much. Really disappointed ☹️ and now looking for another place.
