Probably the worst management I have ever seen. I currently live here and it really sucks. The on-site manager James is so rude and the least helpful person there could be. He bosses around, makes up his own rules and abuses if you get into an argument with him. You can complain about it but it does not help. The services like washing machine card reload don't get repaired for months. The management doesn't care about this place. Save your self, don't come and live here.

Thousands of cockroaches in most apartments, not taken good care of! Gets cheap pest control and the amount of cockroaches rises right after the pest control.

worst place ever to live. Building is so old that it might fall. Management and James the manager on site are worst. Even basic services like washing machine card recharge and elevators takes months to fix. have to walk 5 level of stairs up and down everyday. And they have no answer any time you ask them. The worst is the manager on site James.

I should have not given this one star , the worst manager ever , don’t know how to talk or behave with others . He’s never ready to help anyone. Just on his own . Too clever man .

Racist , rude and hostile caretaker in the building! Worst place to live in . No matter how many people have complaint about him n the reviews here speaks volume , yet WRE has not done anything at all . Utterly disappointing. How can one live under such condition where constant insults , discrimination and rudeness is faced when dealing with the caretaker??

Well, it's so simple. The manager, James, and the management over here is worst. Manager don't know how to behave with people. Talking about management, the laundry card recharge machine would hardly accept any $10 bills, and even if you get your card recharged somehow, the clothes get washed good enough, but none of the dryers work properly, so it takes about 2 to 3 times to dry the clothes properly. Waste of money! There are many other problems. Manager obviously seems to have some trouble with the immigrants. He behaves so rudely with them. WRE development, it's not just me who have problem with the manager and his management over here; there are many. Get something done about it soon . . . please.

Worst place I ever lived in. Management is of no use not the manager the high end management.They can’t solve any issue. Heating or cooling inside rooms does not work.On top of that they charge the rent high even though it’s their fault that you can’t live in properly.

Suits are good enough but the manager james, and his management is worst. Manager talks so rudely with people. Laundry ( dryer) not working properly. Elevator sometimes don’t work. Its an request to WRE developers, get this problem done soon.
