I had to try the new iced rootbeer. Definitely, disappointed. I'm glad I tried it, but it's certainly not worth the pricey amount they want for it. Iced rootbeer at home is just as good when using a blender and ice ♡

My husband and I placed order for burger on 23rd Oct, we got our order and went home. At home we found the lettuce was rotten, we throw the food. Next day we went to A&W and showed the pictures to staff and did complaint about food. A lady came and introduced herself as a manager. And she said this time she will personally made our food. But for beyond meat we had to wait 9 minutes and we agreed. After around 15 min I asked them for my order and they said wait for 4 more minutes but again after 15-16 minutes we didn't get it. We again asked for it and then they informed us they gave our order to someone else. Food quality and customer service was very bad.

So I know A&W has never served ice with their fountain drinks and while not preferential for some customers we understood since an ice machine was not even in the building. However, now with their fancy all in one coffee smoothie machine their could legitimately be an option for ice. There is even a giant button on the front that says dispense ice only". So today when I asked if it would be possible for a little ice in the bottom of a cup for my fountain drink it was very frustrating to be told "no

Between the ice cold greasy hamburger , and this bag of onion ring (rings would mean they were not all stuck together with only 4 in the bag)horrible excuse for customer service which has failed I. The whole process the person making the order to the person who put everything in the bag

It was clean, the staff were all friendly and polite, and my food was fresh. For a fast food restaurant, that's 5 stars for sure.
