This is a hidden gem in Burlington. Everytime I come to Burlington to visit my sister in law I have to stop by. I been here a few times and honestly never disappoints. Friendly staff. I would highly recommend trying their food that's freshly made. They also have sugar free drinks.

Hola Café and Market
Great place to buy traditional Latin food of the upmost quality. The staff are very friendly and the ambience very welcoming. You can sit down and enjoy a very well made coffee or stay and eat some empanadas before you take some home! Always a great place to come by and say hi. You wouldn’t think that it’s in a strip plaza but it’s very convenient.

Been going here occasionally for the past few years but unfortunately today’s visit will be my last. I was greeted with a “hola” when I walked in which was a good start but that’s where it ended. I stood beside the cash waiting to order a few things for the next 10min as the employee walked past me 3-4 times and did everything but ask for my order or even acknowledge that I was still waiting for that matter. After being there long enough, and feeling as if I was not worthy or their time (or money, I just walked out. I’m just one customer so they could probably care less about this review that would’ve otherwise been a 5 star review.

Everything is amazing! We had the empanadas, pastelites, latte, cappuccino, and cake!The staff have been friendly and welcoming every time we come. The atmosphere is lovely as well

Went in on a Sunday afternoon with no expectations and was blown away by the place.We were recommended the arepas sandwich, which was filled with pork and chicharron. It was served with a pair of fried cassava fries. The sauces used in the arepas are what really brings the taste home. There's a creamy cilantro, hot salsa, and spicy mayo that brought out the taste of the pork and made the corn tortilla delicious on its own.The combo platter came with a smaller arepas coupled with a cauliflower soup that was very well flavoured with a great complement of salt and pepper.Colombian coffee, drank black, was strong and full bodied. We could drink that every day.The place itself feels homely and is decorated with cute handcrafted odds and ends. The staff, including the owner, were incredibly accommodating and personable.Will definitely be back again.

Delightful! Gorgeous interior with plenty of seats. Lots of to-go items and a Latin American grocery corner, but also full meals available. We lunched on excellent, tasty, filling mains, and treated ourselves to churros for dessert. The owner was pleasant and helpful, and I would go back for the churros alone (and the cappucino!). Get the tostones, aka fried plantain: fabulous! That was new to me, and I can hardly wait to get them again. Highly recommend this Burlington gem.

A true hidden gem in Burlington!We finally made it to the Hola Café and Market today. I regret not going sooner. The atmosphere is eclectic and comfortable, the person who served us was wonderful and explained the entire menu. Everyone was so friendly!The food (Colombian) was AMAZING and so flavorful! We ordered more to go and bought the hot sauce too!It’s a little family run place in a strip plaza we always pass but never go to. We will be back often!We had Tostones (1 each chicken, pork, beef)Beef empanadaCheese pastelitos (OMG SO GOOD we ordered more to go)CappuccinoJar of home made hot sauce (like a salsa) that is hot but tolerable and really flavorful.You can buy the green cilantro sauce too but it’s “too good” to have at home in large quantities (for me). Lol

5 Stars to this cute little place!If you are looking for affordable Latin American food, this is the place.The food is delicious and affordable. You must try the chicken and beef empanadas with the spicy sauce. It's to die for!The service is quick and friendly! No waiting time at all.Very clean and cozy family owned restaurant. A MUST TRY !
