Takes days to return a phone call - even in the case of an emergency where they cut 8 holes into my new property's ceiling. My experience with them was that they were rude, unresponsive (except to make sure I paid my bill immediately, before anyone even explained to me what had happened). Sorry, wouldn't recommend.

We had a leaky hot water heater, and within 2 hours of calling, we had a new one up and running!!

Glen Robinson & Sons did a great job for us. Our first call to them was actually late on a Friday - we thought we'd call just to leave a message, but they responded within ten minutes and took down our information on what work we needed done. We were told they'd call Monday to set up a time to come see us, but they called on a Sunday evening to confirm a time for Monday. They had a quote for us by Tuesday - hand delivered and in writing. That was a nice change in this day and age of everything being done electronically. Ron explained everything that would be done and gave us options for different products. The work was completed by Thursday afternoon. Ron and his son were polite, respectful and we would happily call them in the future for any work that is needed.

Called to see if I could get work done on my Sump Pump. Spoke to a lady she told me he is not available for work this week. I asked about next week she said no and the week after...no once again. Apparently this guy isn't available ever. AVOID

Great workers and very clean finishing work!

I called Glen Robinson and son plumbing. I was selling my mum’s house as she had passed away. I explained to the lady that the potential buyers inspector had discovered a leaking shower. It was a dried out seal. The buyer insisted a licensed plumber fix it and that I provide a receipt. My husband could have done it for 35.00$ but he’s not a plumber. I needed it done in time for the final inspection and I admit I was a bit frazzled from mum’s death and cleaning out her 89 years of memories and selling her house. I unfortunately explained this to the lady and she said her husband was out on a call and would stop by the house as it was on his way home. I reiterated theneed for a quick fix and explained the plumbing was open in the basement under the shower and I just need a new drain. She said it would be about 200.00$ as it was an emergency. ( I didn’t see it as an emergency as it didn’t leak when the water was turned off). He arrived told me he could do the job but had to go home to get a new drain. I offered to go to the hardware store 5 minutes away and get him one. He declined saying he wanted to get lunch as well as he was just returning from another job. I waited for 1.5 hours got fed up and went to the Tim Hortons drive through 5 minutes away He was just pulling in when I returned. His helper did the job with my ladder so he didn’t have to take his off the truck. He had to go down 6 steps to the basement and climb 2 steps on the ladder. Job was done in 15 minutes and the bill was given. It was well over the 200.00$ so I just paid it as I was disgusted that a local business would rip off a local person. The total he charged was less than $10.00 for parts and 540.00$ for labour plus tax totalling over 644.00&

Our sump pump failed and the basement flooded. Called for an emergency service at 2:17 am Sunday morning and they were on site in 10 minutes. 45 minutes later the new sump pump was in and running and the water was back where it belongs-outside. Obviously the response and the service were incredible. If you need a professional, this is who you call.

Great company, always comes fast and does great work. Never had any issues. would highly recommend!
