I just had a Lash Lift & Tint with Kristy! She was so easy-going and made me comfortable, explaining the whole process. The results are fabulous! My short, straight Asian lashes are now lifted curled up! I put mascara on today and my lashes look awesome!!! I'm so glad I discovered this gem of a place in Ayr and am really pleased with the results. Thank you, Kristy!

White Willow appointment days are my favourite days. Brooklynn and her team are always so warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. We’re so lucky to have their services in town!

I went for my first pedicure at White Willow and I had Jordynn - she was truly amazing. The pedicure was so relaxing, I could have fallen asleep. Jordynn was very down to earth and easy to talk to. I will be rebooking with Jordynn for my next appointment 100%. Also, this spa has a beautiful atmosphere!

Brookelynn was absolutely incredible! So friendly, knowledgeable, soft touch and quick hand with IPL, and I loved that she communicated so well during the procedure! Will be back for much more! It also looks incredible in there.

I highly recommend White Willow. It’s very welcoming and professional. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve gone for a few different services offered (hair, lashes and facial) all were excellent.

To be transparent, I won a fantastic spa day at White Willow through instagram, and boy am I a lucky duck. What a lovely day! From the get go, I was welcomed warmly into the beautiful spa and offered a coffee. Jordynn then did the montecino mud wrap and was very kind, professional and informative. She answered my questions without judgement! Next was the custom ZO facial which was lovely. Both experiences left me feeling silky smooth. I then had both a manicure and a pedicure which were both well done. The staff was friendly, the spa was fresh and inviting and overall the experience was lovely. I would recommend!

Nice salon. The staff are lovely and welcoming. I had a brow wax, a manicure, and a pedicure done here. I was happy with each.I appreciate the convenience of their online booking system. However, it is a challenge to navigate in that some services are either missing or difficult to find.The main reason that I didn't give this salon 5 stars is because they use regular polish for their manicures. No shellac - which is surprising considering the price. My manicure looked beautiful but unfortunately the polish chipped after only a couple of days.

The service by all the ladies here is always fantastic. Brooklyn also has extensive knowledge about skin and what treatments and products work best which is very important to me as I have derm issues.

Brookelynn is amazing! Very knowledgeable, professional, lovely, and talented. I have had silk peels and IPL treatments at White Willow Medi Spa and I’ve always been incredibly impressed and satisfied by the results. Just the other day she told me my skin looked great! And I said that’s because I’m following her recommendations. :)

My favourite place to be ! I have been seeing Brooklyn since she first opened in October 2020, and she has absolutely changed my skin for the best. She is extremely knowledgeable and is one of the first practitioners to really take the time to understand and explain specific treatments and products for my skin type. My background is mixed, and hyperpigmentation has always been a big concern for me with darker skin, but has been made worse with certain procedures in the past. Thanks to Brooklyn I am now confident in my skin, leave the house with out make up, and brag about her every chance I get. The entire staff is wonderful and welcoming. I had a dermal infusion treatment with Jordynn my last visit which was amazing and relaxing.I can’t say enough good things about this place and the staff there!
